    Hi Peter we are looking in a property which is not a perfect Square the front is 24.5m, Sides are 28.3 & 31.2 and back is 18.4m will that be ideal to make an dual occupancy and it's in Werribee. Also thanks for posting this video, really helpful.

      There are too many variables that would need to be considered to decide one way or another based on what you have shared. Also what a successful project looks like for you could be different to someone else so it is around expectation as well.

      Hi Mat, no question they best stack up closer to the city but there are outer suburbs, including some coastal ones that can make sense. At the end of the day, it comes down to the motivation behind undertaking a townhouse or dual occupancy project, it isn't always financial which means they can make sense anywhere.
