A big steak can run upwards of 1000 calories , wings are fried and super high in calories too. It doesn’t matter if it’s carbs , if you eat a bunch of calorie dense foods then you’re going to get fat
@@Rods_Bar yeah its just really hard to over eat if you only eat meat. And the wings at wing stop aren't breaded so it makes them pretty much zero carb if you get the right sauce. I guess it still isn't impossible for him to have overeaten though
