This was the best Gym and Fridge episode of all time, Jeremy Renner is a legend and his recovery is inspirational, love this dude so much!
i agree...and the fact he brought up Cruise as an inspiration was great as well....Renner is a true super hero!
yep,Nothing to nitpick here
@@RC19786 Gym & Fridge often has people just waffling about how clean or natural they eat, when if we are real we know the reality, but Jeremy truly came across as a humble guy just living his life and doing his best. I love it!
@@agaeonhe looks fantastic also he sounds like the guy you would love to hang out with
What you are talking about, he is not even eating healthy
Take guts to front up and train through chronic pain like that every day.
What a legend.
well its not like he has to work 9-5 he has plenty of time to recover
@@infringinatorYou don’t think recovery from a near-death accident that crushed most of his body isn’t work???
@@leapintothewild no but defeating Thanos was a lot of work they had to go back in time to do that.
Takes a lot of drugs too
Of course he is an Avenger!
Best gym and fridge episode. He seems like a genuine dude. Like everyone's favorite guy at the local pub. I also admire how he maintains a positive attitude and can't help but bring up his daughter. 10/10 would hang out/work out with him.
I want Ryan Reynolds to do one
He's an inspiration for anyone recovering from a debilitating injury.
Jeremy's recovery story will forever be inspirational. The man of the hour!!
“Bad days don’t exist.” I love how he said that! He’s been through a lot. His mindset is bulletproof. Good for him!
Jeremy seems like a down to earth humble person. It’s amazing how far he has come in his recovery so far and I’m looking forward to seeing him continue to improve his quality of life. I loved seeing that his gym was a lot of what the average person could get at the local sporting goods store.
Pittsburgh born and raised and I'm thrilled to have this dude here in our state, even if it is just for awhile.
Never clicked on a video pop up so fast. Jeremy Renner is a warrior. Great to see him at it!
Happy to hear Jeremy is doing well. Seems like a good dude.
Dudes incredibly from nearly dead to thriving.
That’s a man who’s thankful to be alive
Renner is like the working mans actor. No filter, no fluff..just grit & authentic. Rare in Hollywood.
The fact this man is 53 is inspiring !! I want to look that good.when I hit my 50s
So glad he's doing better! 🙏🏾
Thank you for picking charismatic men. This series is great!
Even after all of these great episodes of Gym & Fridge, the interviewer still sounds like they recorded their voice separately on a $2 microphone from inside their car 😂
Now about him. 🤷🏻
It looks like he is recovering nicely 👍🏿
So much to love about this man. ❤️🔥 I, for one, can’t help but smile when I see how well he’s recovered. What a champ. Keeping it really real. Just love it❣️
He literally should be called Ironman what a legend ❤
Like a regular dude with zero haters
00:38 "This is my fridge... This isn't mine... i just renting this out"
I was momentarily confused why he was in Pittsburgh 😂
Jeremy Renner’s been a big inspiration to me this year while I'm suffering from inflammation that kept me bedridden for months. Him saying his recovery is a one-way road has been keeping me optimistic.
I am watching this episode anytime I need motivation. Holy hell, what an episode.
Glad to see Jeremy in good health!💪😉👍🔥🔥🔥🔥
I love Jeremy! He seems very Chill! I hope he can get back to 100 soon! Thanks Men's Health for sharing!
Total respect. He went through a really tough time as it is well documented and I'm so pleased he has come through it with strength and being a very humble person. All the best Jeremy. Top man.
The way this guy tackles everything with sincerity and hope just makes you love him so much more.
It was so inspiring that he said he couldn’t have bad days anymore.
That guy has to be as tough as nails. Wow.... Amazing perspective on life too!! Wish him and his family the best.
Wow! I have no more excuses! I can still get back into the fitness game even though I just turned 54!
Workout saves my body and mind. It’s therapeutic. I suffered from a herniated disc from squatting too heavy that resulted in sciatica. My left leg became numb and weak. It was so painful. Lifting saved me. Now I’m playing sports and lifting 3-4 days a week! Training is not only
Important for the body but also mind
Thank You Jeremy! No bad days! Every day is leg day!
Crush it man !
Glad to see that hes doing well after his horrible accident. I was less than 30-40 minutes away from that area the day that happened and was totally blown away. I was at my hotel watching the news and felt bad that i couldn't help him that day.
Glad he has come along so well in his continued recovery. He seems to be in great spirits.
Good to see him back in front of the camera 🎥
I’m really happy that he’s doing well.
I recently watched S.W.A.T. from 2003 and he definitely showed of his acting skills from that film.
Dont think anyone has any excuse not working out and eating well after seeing this man and how he has recovered and works out and eats great.
So inspirational and motivating, especially the Benjamin button analogy and how he's worked on his mindset to become so resilient! No bad days sounds like pure gratitude to be alive, I love that, performance and vitality over vanity every time
This popped up after a workout video that I had done. And I really enjoyed this actually gave me a greater appreciation for Jeremy Renner.
What a lovely guy. I’m so glad he’s doing better. A real inspiration for those of us with mobility issues.
A true inspiration for me to get out of my mentally-difficult injury recovery.
Honestly a lot of good messages in here. Thank you so much for being open and sharing.
Excellent interview, it's so good to see him doing so well. He really puts everything into healing. He's determine & always says he is stubborn LOL. I would love to meet him one day & just & have coffee & chat like this interviewer did. Casual & informative. Keep it up Jeremy, you are doing great !
Men’s Health never misses 👏🏽
He has been my favorite actor since I saw him in national lampoons college senior trip! I think I’ve seen everything he’s done and I love his music! I really admire him and how he’s recovering and I’m so glad he’s doing better.
Great episode, one of the best! Truly inspiring Mr. Renner 🙏🏼
Glad you are still here. Best episode ever!
I also love how he honestly said,Mr s health " you guys are late."..
I have the same attitude like I want to drive my life too so why have a nice cheat day a treat day almost every day.
His positive attitude is admirable! This guy is an inspiration!
This was the most enjoyable time 😊 learning and listening to Jeremy talk about his life 😊 thank you for sharing 😊❤❤
His hope and positivity is something we can all learn from 🙏🏻
"Be conscious of the amount, how much, and when you do it." pretty based and practical advice, honestly.
He looks om phenomenal shape considering what happened that him. He really is a super hero
This is the best episode I've seen so far! Fantastic.
Love this video! Inspirational in and outside of the gym!
What a great man! Brilliant attitude. One of the most down to earth actors I’ve seen. Loved Wind River & The Town. 🙌 💪
🎉Cheers to a brother with a warriors mindset🎉 God almighty, truly blessed Mr. Renner!
So happy to see him doing well
Renner! So amazing to see you on your feet pushing through. Well done, man.
And those, like my future mother in law, know Jeremy is not just an actor, he’s also a fairly accomplished musician. I believe he’s even won or been nominated for an award or 2
Never knew too much about him...cool he lives in my hometown Pittsburgh...and if i could workout with anyone...it be him...
I’m in Pittsburgh too.
Love this episode. Such a humble guy
Great to see Jeremy looking so well after that awful accident. I think the cost of eating well and getting extra protein drinks can be high, but well worth it for your health. Best wishes
Best episode ever. Thanks
I don't nor will I ever have it this good. All I have are a few dumbbell weights, adjustable weight bench & pullup bar. I have a bad knee & shoulder. It be helpful & so nice to have these luxuries to heal & for overall wellness.
I know he's a big star now but I'll always remember him from Senior Trip......"Let's do some Van Damage" lol
Y'all are very inspiring with your magazines, interviews with a guy like Jeremy Renner and great food advice articles! Thank you SOOOOO much! Jeremy ROCKS!🤠😎❤️🇺🇲
Great to see Jeremy bounce back and continue working out and rehabbing from the accident!
This is an excellent episode with Jeremy Renner. I always liked his Bourne movie the best. The way he describes his recovery is very similar to mine.
5 yrs after my separation from USMC I was 31 yrs old 308lbs with almost 40% BFP. I have chronic pain from injuries and allowed My daily diet to consist of horrible food substitutes (Taco Bell, chipotle, pizza)
I lost 100 lbs in 2 yrs and within 5 yrs was down to 14% bfp.
Some major changes I embraced were
1. decide to prioritize your health above all else (I told myself my loved ones deserved me at 100%, not sluggish and unhealthy)
2. Do not double punish yourself for slip ups. If you dwell on your mistakes you’ll allow one bad day to become 2, and before you know it you’ve given yourself an excuse for a bad week.
2. create a goal to achieve wellness (written goals helped me focus when the outside nonsense started getting loud)
3. eliminate enablers and naysayers from your day to day life
Thank you for your lies
@@backfru you sound miserable
What a guy, so inspirational and human he loves life and does not pretend to be more than he is, god bless him and I really hope he stays healthy and keeps making movies 👍🙏🙏
saved to my favourites this was a stand out episode and encouraging in respect of the physical rehab Jeremy Renner has gone through
Awesome to see him like that after the accident. 💪
My guy!!!!!! Best one yet!!!!!
His recovery is inspiring
Keep it up, Renner! Your story is inspirational, man. Best of luck with your recovery, sir.
I love his attitude...great inspiration
I love this man ❤ his recovery is an inspiration for everyone...
He’s one of my favorite actors I think the first movie i seen him in was Swat with Colin Farrell oh cool J Samuel Jackson he was in all the movies with Noah cinnamon some other things but I’ve been watching the mayor of Kingstown he crushes that role I had no clue he was in a accident
mayor of kingstown is a great show. each episode needs to be longer than 42 minutes.
Wow. I did not know that he had this life changing experience. I enjoyed this video. He is positive, motivated and resilient. How you have and continue to go through your days. Big up to you Ma Man! I am trusting for pain free healthy living for you always.
So cool to hear from him currently, and how his recovery is going and seeing his home, fridge and gym. :) Such a cool dude and amazing human being with his recovery.
I really enjoyed this episode 😊
So happy to see he has recovered
Great one !!
This is a hero to look up to. Legend!
Loved this.
Truly amazing. So glad he is doing well
Damn!!!! Best episode to date 🫡
The strongest Avenger!
Renner is surprisingly open minded and positive. I’m kinda disappointed in myself for thinking hed be otherwise lol
Love this guy what an amazing soul Jeremy 💪🏻
Great interview... Caveman to Titanium Man... I'm glad to see him living healthier as well... I've seen "Journey" three times when Perry was lead singer...lol... Eagles, my favorite group, tho... It seems like he stays in Philly more than Tahoe or LA...😉😏❤️🐻🎶☘️
We want the Arnold collab!
So happy Jeremy has recovered from his horrific accident. Outstanding actor.
Good for u working out God bless your alive 💪🙏
He's so amazing and inspiring.
Such a humble guy !
What a guy and I wanna give him a hug!!!!
