    You can turn off the parking clearance 'beepers' via a button on the dash for when off road!

    Might as well add my 2015 jeep grand cherokee issues, air compressor 1700, water pump, oil pressure sensor, CPU module for 4x4 system 1500, constant stalling at high speeds, dealerships cant figure that one out almost wrecked several times. 4 or 5 recall issues, coolant leak from gasket. I think that's about it for the first 50k miles I have put on it, cant wait to see the issues the next 50k miles holds for me.

      How funny's that... Our one is also a 2015 model and has over 90,000 kms as of now, with no issues whatsoever. A real mixed bag...

    Hi guys another great video. By any chance are you thinking of doing a video review of the Ford Territory AWD? I know it is only a soft roader at best, but it would be great to see what its limits are. Thanks

    Yeh I don't trust adjustable air-sprung models... had one on my hoist at work once (need to raise air-suspension to highest before you jack em, so you don't stress the bags) & the bloody thing's electronics spazzed out unable to lower at 'normal' ride height. Great look to the customer. We've witnessed several issues with Jeeps come to think of it.

      you are supposed to enter jacking mode, if you knew what you were doing you'd know that, its written in the manual

      I beleive the SRT8 has no Low range.
      More of a performance car than an off roader

    • @butterz4057
      @butterz4057 Před 7 lety +1

      yeah i understand that but $75k is a bit ridiculous... i know the summit is very nice but personally if you gonna spend that much why not have some fun with a big v8 (;

    • @mickeydee3595
      @mickeydee3595 Před 7 lety +2

      The CRD 3.0L version I believe is actually faster than the normal v8 hemi version (non srt8)
      Depends what you want, mild off road or power? Also imagine the maintenance cost on the SRT8

  • @waxhead63

    Best selling due to the fact that the dealers drop the sale price .. majority of uneducated car buyers will purchase on price alone and BS from sales people .. what's the resale , trade price 😱

    Be aware of the quality and reliability of the gran Cherokee. I have seen many videos that criticize the stability of the car that says it is really dangerous at that issue. Also I have seen four or five jeeps that have totally burned without any reason

    Don't buy a Jeep. I have 2012 Jeep that 2 months after the warranty ran out dropped an AC compressor, engine control and fuel relay computer module and alternator. Totaling $6800 in repairs and no good will warranty consideration from Jeep Australia. Repair costs are unbelievable $3000 for an original Jeep alternator, what a joke and it's on me. :-(

    It's a single body. After some time of offroading and towing, the jeep will have the chassis twisted and engine mounts loose. And of course will surely have quality control and reliability issues. Go with Toyota 4runner. Body on frame, best awd, traction control and control crawl.

      News that matter toyota would be better off road, but this is a luxury jeep with off road capabilities. Grand has a v8 option, better towing, better comfort, more options and more sleek. Jeep has the wrangler for true off road
