The judge will probably ask Frank what he does and what the business is with the restaurant owner, and Frank will try to avoid it. Frank probably also doesn't have the paperwork to explain where his business money comes from. Judge will see the suspicious and give the win to Frank and also tell the restaurant order to give the prior money back.
The court won't go any further with Frank's work because it's not their concern, at least for that case.
