The "failing" therapy has been something I've struggled with since I got back from Iraq in late 07. I read "Bad Therapy" and she confirmed a lot of the observations over the years, but felt helpless and unqualified to take any kind of action. I don't have any significant issues (that I've discovered yet), but I was a company commander and I have seen the fallout of a broken therapy pipeline. The culture of therapy is having either no effect or the opposite effect. I think Axios is right on target. They are getting at the real source of the problem.
