Guess who is selling glue that doesn't really work, so they don't tell you how to actually use it since...you'll never get it to work.
Original manufacturing process definitely uses some sort of mask to apply glue, like screen printing machines. It's impossible to do hundreds of movements around nozzles within 60 minutes. Moreover, it's impossible to apply glue evenly by hand.
