I decided to make myself a tray for bringing goodies back and forth from the BBQ. I used some walnut and maple that was kicking around. Hope you dig the video! - Jak na to + styl
Have you ever thought of doing a step by step tutorial kind of video? Your videos are some of the best ones on CZcams and and a step-by-step video would be epic
Wow beautiful!! And love using the biscuit jointer to make the spline slots!! Brilliant!!
Beautifully made, Fabulous bookmatched grain pattern, popped really nice with contrasting wood species
A great looking tray and another fun video to watch. Thanks !!
Great work and inspiration. Thank you for sharing.

The biscuits on the corner is awesome!
Yes using the biscuit joiner for the splines was epic I will be using that trick Thx
Love the intermittant sound effects!
Oh my goodness! I just saw your branding tool ! Great idea. Not sure how I could make something similar but id love to try. Thank you for sharing your excellent tutorial.

The heavenly music at the end got me laughing out loud...glad nobody's here right now...good job on the try! And I like that you're not wasting my time by rambling on as though I watch these to hear someone prattle on.
Love it..what type of finish did you use??
Beautiful work! Did you start with 4/4 wood before re-sawing or was it thicker?
It was indeed 4/4.
Great work with the bookmatched base. Awesome build, you earned a sub from me! What finish did you use and is it food safe??? Thanks in advance.
I believe pretty much all finishes are food safe, to a degree, once completely cured.
Very nice work. What are the dimensions you ended up with?
Hey there! Looks great! What are the dimensions of this try? Who thick is bottom board, and the sides?
Thanks!!
Good job
.me gusto esta bien padre
I got a question. How do you know where to mark the mitered corners if it has a rabbit for the bottom?
Would you have to take that much off of your miter so the side would sit in the rabbit?
What size did you make this? It looks awesome.
Thanks! Unfortunately I don’t work from plans and I can’t remember the exact dimensions. I believe I made it big enough to carry two dinner plates. Hope this helps a bit.
nice-work, but how to prevent wood from wraping ? while working
Beautiful tray. Is the main center board walnut??
Why yes, yes it is.
Love the bookmatch effect!!
TOP
What in n the hell is that tool that cuts in sideways or whatever? What other uses does it have? Whatever I need like 60 more tools just wondering.
It’s a biscuit joiner. Typically for cutting biscuit slots. Not really meant for cutting splines, but hey, I’m a wild man.
Danish oil finish?
Tung oil👍🏻
How much price of this tray

Looks good but can’t stand that thin shit breaks so easily. Should have keep it thick
Address & Number of factory
don't suppose you have dimensions?
Nice, but for the love of God, slow it down!
Nice tutorial, but the speed is really annoying.
