Panic attacks are absolutely terrifying and I would not want anyone else to experience them. We must get in Gods word and be consistent even we dont feel like it.
Anxiety was the reason why I became a Spirit Church member. And Im glad that thing happened cause it just made me closer to God and made me discover how He loves me and how powerful He is that when you ask for peace He'll gave you right away. There was this night i can still remember i was filled with fear and my body's trembling and cold. I rushed to my bed and pray I cried I surrendered everything, after a couple of minutes i was in perfect peace and warm. Oh God is Great! Prayer is powerful and it can move mountain! I hope you encounter God along the way as you overcome the anxiety.

This message came at the right time. I've struggled with anxiety & had panic attacks in the past..It led to me having seizures & being diagnosed with epilepsy which I never had before which started at age 21 & lasted for about 7 years..I come from a praying family, but things didn't change for me until I started looking to God for help & seeking him..
I'm now 31, I no longer have seizures but my anxiety creeps up every now & then..
But when I am reading the word, getting my strength from listening to your sermons or other sermons my strength is renewed & that anxiety doesn't have a stronghold over me..I thank you for your words of wisdom & the fact that you share to those who are watching what God has put on your heart is a blessing..
A strong spirit never wants to be locked down..

I'm suffering from anxiety I'm thankful for this message .
A few days ago God told me that " he is the God of good so why am I always focusing on the bad. He told me that he wanted renew my thinking to be more positive ". I was going to listen to a joyce meyer sermon but I felt inside to watch a david hernandez sermon and this is the one I knew I needed to watch. Its about changing the negative thinking !!! God amazes me because he is so detailed in his love . I have had an incredible battle with torment and anxiety / fear but I believe God is taking me through this journey to not just be free for moments or days from this torment that tries to overtake me , hes creating a way for me to live the rest of my life in freedom by changing the structure of my thinking and then I can help others who battle with this.
Thank GOD for this word! I never in my life at 40, I thought anxiety and panic attack would happen! Wow, everything he said was on point, because your body can definitely feel bad! I am confessing that I am delivered from anxiety and panic attacks in the name of Jesus! Give all your worries and cares to God, for he cares about you.

the keys David had mentioned where the ways i had gone through on overcoming my anxiety and i am here to agree on that 100% cause those are the ways that helped me. And i believe it will help you too. One sad part is that no one understands me which made me more scared even though people are around me. And if that's the case you are experiencing right now all you have to do is to run to God, surrender everything in Him, remember how much God saved numerous people in the Bible, and how He is gracious to you in the past which He is remain graceful to save you now. Long as I know God is with me I got no fear.
Please do more of these sermons with a focus on Anxiety. I've listened to 2 of them and they are great.

A couple of weeks ago I had a tooth abscess which caused my face to swell up and if you didn't know they are very fatal if not treated. I stayed home from work because it was embarrassing but I prayed and trusted in the Lord for healing and he gave me that exact scripture you used,(Isaiah 26, 3). I literally never hear this scripture in my life and it brought me to tears knowing God trust in me. Anyways I was healed 3 days later, which I give all the glory to God. Thanks David for this message.

I have been suffering from this attack the past days and in as much as i have prayed against it i just didn't know what else to do.. God bless you brother. I am so blessed right now.
Finally I found a person who can understand this. Thank you brother David, God bless u and it is really the Holy spirit's channel. I suffered from anxiety from when I was 11 years old and lasted for several years. I was a true believer and used to go to church daily but this anxiety never let go off me. I used to think something negative and suddenly my heart rate goes up and I would sweat tremendously and all of a sudden I will lose my whole control. Having this panic attack was one of the worst experiences I could ever have. The best part is no one could understand how it felt, they said to me to just relax and don't think about it. I even thought that dying was better than living with this panic attacks.I really thought that I was having some kind of mental problem and I thought that I was going crazy. Finally this anxiety began to let go off me when I strongly believed that God can understand me and I believed that Jesus must have gone through pain much more than this when he was crucified. Strong faith in Jesus and the word of god helped me to control my negative thoughts. Now I can feel this peace of christ and I'm happy. Thank you Jesus. Thank you brother for explaining this. When david said "enjoy your life", i broke down. I can't believe that God wanted me to enjoy everything that He had given me. I grew up always thinking that something bad is going to happen after a brief moment of happiness. God healed me from anxiety, and the deceptive feelings of condemnation which caused obsessive compulsive behaviors. If he can do it for me, he can do it for you. Don't give up. Keep going. God loves you and he cares deeply about you. He sent his son to save you. Will he stop at that? Will he not also graciously give you all else that you need? Can he not save from anxiety, from fear? (Romans 8:32) He is the God who created the heavens and the earth. He has full control of the wind and the sea. Is he not also able to save you? Have faith in God. Trust him and his perfect timing.

We must take time to reflect on what the Lord Jesus has done for us and what pain he bore for us. He demonstrated his abounding Love for us by suffering for us and taking on the weight of our sin. He is so Loving and King he is willing to heal you from anxiety I Love you so Much my sister in Christ more than words can express. Brother David, I have finished watching your video, and I want to reach out and first and foremost, sing Hallelujah to Jesus the Highest. What I consistently feel, after each and every week of watching your sermons, is that first and foremost, this channel- its videos; your messages- is God's love letter to us, the viewer. What I consistently experience, is that your words are not of your own, but rather, the words of Jesus who uses you as His mouthpiece. What I consistently experience, is revelation and wisdom. My heart grows deeper into a longing for Jesus, and a longing and thirst for reading Scripture.
I thank you for sharing the word that God had for my mother, which I believe in faith, set her free from anxiety and her panic attacks. Specifically, in 6:00, you mentioned negative thoughts that may prevent us from hearing the truth of Scripture, and at that moment, I believe that the thoughts that plagued her stopped. Your understanding for panic attack is EXTREMELY accurate, which surprised my mother- she believed that no one else understood what she is going through; not even the doctors. Your empathy towards the sufferer- your compassion- drew her to your video, even though she does not understand a majority of the message. Naturally, I translated while pausing the video. Your understanding of her condition began to stir faith in her. Your empathy to what she is dealing with is healing her. We claim Isaiah 26:3 in the name of Jesus, amen!! We claim Philippians 4:6-7 and Romans 8:6 in the name of Jesus, amen!!!
Brother David, I know one thing after watching this sermon. Your sermon is full of love and grace. Your words bring healing to those watching.
I pray for those who are afflicted by anxiety disorder or panic attacks, or any other form of mental illness or psychological difficulties that negatively affect their daily lives, and prevent them from experiencing the true love and freedom of Christ. I sympathize with those people, as you are all like my mothers to me- I have witnessed first hand the difficulty, humiliation, shame, and burden that such conditions afflicted us with through my mother, and I pray in the name of Jesus that all will be set free by the almighty power of Christ. Also, a few days ago, I had my very first double-shot expresso, and for the first time, experienced and understood what anxiety and panic attacks are like. It is a horrible, horrible thing to experience, but thank God for His peace and love upon us!!

May the LORD bless you David Hernandez! I really have been blessed by your ministry since the LÓRD put you in my path! I woke up one morning and there you were on my phone. I had nothing to do with finding you. I know the LORD is asking me to go higher, telling me to go higher, commanding me to go higher in Him. I thank Him tremendously for the godly men and women He has placed in my life for growth.
Thou will keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on Him, because he trusts in Him. I know that your words are true David because I've experienced GOD's perfect peace; over the years I have allowed distraction and the cares of this world into my life; therefore the peace I have experienced with GOD has withdrawn Himself. Anxiety paranoia and fear is the result. My prayer today, is that I once again submit myself, surrendering unto GOD my life through prayer and the reading of the word of GOD. Please pray for me, that I may regain the peace He bestowed upon me to also carry out The Great Commission, In Jesus name.

The Lord said in Deuteronomy 17:18-20 to keep reading the Word lest the believer's heart will be exalted, also in 2 Corinthians 10:4-5 For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, CASTING DOWN arguments and EVERY HIGH THING THAT EXALTS ITSELF against the knowledge of God, BRINGING EVERY THOUGHT INTO CAPTIVITY to the obedience OF CHRIST. I too suffered from severe anxiety and depression but the Lord has set me free through your Teaching: "I Am a Spirit" back in 2016, I was saved through Your Ministry and gave my life to Christ the very same day. Walking in Spirit and in His Love is the Key as Romans 8:15,16,25-39 assures us. I rejoice in the Lord for the power that works in you and your ministry for many has come to know Jesus, may the Lord continuously flow the prophecy spoken over you, keeping you in my prayers. Praying for all believers suffering from this to be quicken and drawn by God to be rooted and grounded in the Love of God who is Christ Jesus, the Word revealed in flesh who is the very same Spirit that gives Life, our Lord and Savior.

I am suffering from anxiety and depression trauma i was from a broken family my dad was a drunkard and it started since i was a child and until today i have anxiety and panic disorder when i ask a prophet to help me and pray for me he instead told me to be humble but when this panic disorder attacks you its horrible
