Need healing for anxiety and fear
I was baptized and saved as a child and have went to church maybe a handful of times since I was 15. Now I’m 37 is it possible something has made its home in me in the time I was absent from the Church?

Pastor David that's was a powerful testimony with regards to the anxiety you suffer when you were soo young. The devil is indeed very Wicked but thank God for His son Jesus for coming forth and redeeming us with His precious blood .

God set me free from really bad panicattacks, depression and anxiety, after suffering really bad my whole life. Also from medication for this that i constantly used for 27 years. All glory and honour to Him! Its like you said. I never thought i was worthy of God's love. I'll never doubt His love for me again! Fear is a liar!

I just had a panic attack last week and felt like dying because of not being able to breath right . I was already planning to go to the ER !! But then i looked at my phone and saw a notification from my daily bible verse app which said to set my mind on things above so i started reading the bible and told myself if God wants me to die then so be it ,God your will be done! And within seconds my panic attack stopped !!! Fear was gone ,heartbeat returned to normal all within seconds !!!! God is so amazing . Jesus my healer and my everything❤

I've been having anxiety and panic attacks for a month now. Having trouble sleeping but I never lost hope in God. Because I know that God is listening to my prayer and he will heal me.

I strongly recommend listening to Kenneth Hagin's teachings. It has been a tremendous help for me. I was unable to sleep after my cousin committed suicide. Anxiety and fear tried to get a hold of me. But as I remained in God's Word, meditating conatantly on it I was able to find peace and go to sleep. Every night that fear would come and the Word of God would again and again shield me.

I am freed from anxiety and panic attacks too. I'm skinny, underweight, pale, blood just came out of my mouth without any reason. I've been to hospital for series of lab tests but everything turned out negative. And I'm pretty sure that I'm battling principalities of the darkness.
When it attacks me, I speak the promises of God and speak in tongues. The devil wants me to be fearful and put strongholds in my mind. After a year, Jesus gave me complete freedom from this.
God is so good all the time.
And now God entrusted me a children's ministry and I will continue to testify how faithful He is in my entire family and in my life.
To God be the highest glory, honor and thanksgiving alone!

I had suffered with panic attacks since 2008. I had a fear of dying prematurely. I was doing stupid stuff getting high on pills, I overdosed and almost died. The Lord saved me and ever since I had panic attacks. I am a born again believer and I know my authority in Christ. I’ve been growing in spiritual warfare and rebuke renounce and bind Satan and every tormenting spirit of fear. This video was extremely helpful and I’ve realized that I was legalistic on how I viewed God and have an unhealthy fear of God. Afraid of going to hell and felt like God would punish me if I messed up. I now don’t feel like that anymore and now I’m waiting on my freedom by rebuking the lies and know the truth on what God said and believe it in my heart fully over the lies. I thank God He will set me free from panic attacks in Jesus name! 🙏🏾

I use to get panic attacks when I was young, about 19, 20. But I got saved at 21 and they went away. But when I got in my mid 40s I started having anxiety and depression. Im 66 now. I was so bad I had to go on medication. I couldn't sleep and as a result came depression and anxiety. I just keep praying and claiming healing. I believe it will happen. We can't give up......
prayers for you I once suffered from a complete nervous breakdown, I then had anxiety and panic attacks that made it impossible to operate in a normal environment. Then went back to the word of God, and found peace as I began to pray in the Spirit when an attack would start coming on, but God's grace brought me perfect peace, Thank you Jesus for the gift of the Holy Spirit.

I used to struggle with anxiety and panic attacks super bad, I'd use to have them 3 times in a day every single day at school During that time I had also felt like God had this extreme hatred for me and that he wanted to punish me and to get rid of me. God delivered me of it. And gave me peace I have never felt in a long time. He truly helped me through it, all this time I thought he was absent, or just didn't care, or even embarrassed. But he helped me through it so much!

I got my breakthrough a few weeks ago, and its crazy how Holy Spirit showed me i too was believing the lie that God wasn't good to ME. I could believe he loves others, but for me i remember it was so difficult. I started praying for faith to believe Gods love for me, and day by day, by the renewing of my mind and letting go at the height of confusion and feeling anxious, i began and continue to realize I am no longer a SLAVE to those attacks. I may experience them, but they have no power over me!! PRAISE GOD THE LOVING FATHER WHO IS ALWAYS WITH US!!
Seven years old. Was when I started seeing an old women behind the door. My mom said it’s an angel!! But something in me knew it wasn’t right, the way she watched me, almost preying on me. Not many will believe me. When i walked into church around this age, I would just cry. My parents stopped taking me. I was so spiritually broken at such a young age and no one understood. Now at 20 I was recently baptized and accepted Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit into my life, and still struggling with severe anxiety and irritation due to it. The story about ruining your wife’s day, that has been me so many times. Giving in, so selfishly. The enemy cannot touch me but he still tests me to this day. But jesus will always Shield me with his everlasting love!

I am battling fibromyalgia, anxiety, depression sometimes, inguinal pain, acid reflux. I need to be free from this, I prayed unceasingly, worship, living a holy life, where everything pleasing to Him. Asking prayer to annointed, gifted people. Sigh, Lord, pls. answer me, I want total freedom and healing. 😞
When your stomach is not ok and enzymes are not healthy you tend to have acid reflux, pain, depression, anxiety. Besides prayer, sun, grounding, IF, anti inflammatory diet, deep breathing, walking, stretching, water, proper sleep, check your hormones, thyroid, prolactine, cortisol. Digestive system, brain, immune system, hormonal system are interconnected. The main one is the digestive system where the immune system is. You surely have a leaky gut and candida due to it. I was like you, exactly, so I know.
The Lord can heal all of that. I have multiple physical diseases too, and a lot of that stems from childhood fears and generational things, but praise Jesus, I am finally starting to learn that when I trust God at his word and seek his face there is spiritual and physical healing in tandem. For example my heart arrythmia has corrected twice just by speaking to it in the name of Jesus. More Lord Jesus of you, less of me, and none of old patterns of lies. God is my provider, and also the provider of every child of God: "I shall not die but live and declare the wonderful works of God".

If you’re saved, don’t worry. Jesus did not die for you to be saved and not be secured with CERTAINTY that YOU WILL BE SAVED. Ofc, live a holy life, but live it bcs you are saved and love God.
And dw abt the test, prepare for it with God but if u still are nervous, read romans 8:28-30, or Philippians 4:6-7 it comforted me very much. And thought we don’t know what God is doing, how it will work out, we doubt He is there sometimes (but He is there), we can know we have an all knowing, loving God who loves us all with all His heart. And He has a BIG ETERNAL EVERLASTING LOVING HEART!
Here are a few things I recommend for anxiety-
- Cafe music, or calming musicals
- Calm worship songs (Darla Baltazar or Sondae is a good one, Forrest Frank is awesome! U may love their song (Psalm 96 intro)
- Read you bible‼️‼️‼️‼️
-go pray ‼️‼️ (Phillipians 4:6-7)

Watching the replay at 9:50 pm Texas time. (my prayer request is for my teeth. They have been breaking. Four have broken, two just in the last six months. The last one that broke is sharp and food gets stuck in it. I don’t have a way to pay for a natural dentist, pray for me to be able to get help to repair my teeth, or for God to give me new teeth) Thank you for giving your testimony.. that was good..

Over the past few weeks Ive experienced a lot of anxiety and brutal insomnia and found no peace in prayer. After you said that the root cause is that deep down you dont believe that God really loves you, my eyes filled with tears and I ran to my room and wept in the dark. Right then and there I felt God putting his hand on me and felt His love all around me, I fell on my knees and wept.
I dont know who will read this but whatever anxiety, insomnia, panic or whatever else you might be suffering with, when you realise that the cause of all of it is that deep down you dont believe God loves you, YOU WILL BE FREED!!!

I think the lie i was believing was God didn't love me but now i acknowledge and know he loves me .
Pray for me. I have a fear of being all alone. My only family is my husband. I have a daughter and granddaughter but they live 800 miles away. I'm just so fearful of being on my own and alone. I know God is with me, but I still fill this way. This message has helped me realize some things. But that fear has to go. Thankyou for your prayers and this helpful message.

This is exactly what is happening to me. I also had all these demonic attacks from childhood. The panic attack became fully blown when my husband bought me a new car. I had to stop school run for my children. But thank God I'm applying the truth of the word of God. I'm coming out of it gradually. I listened to gospel music when driving. You just described my life. After a cancer diagnosis and surgery last year I've had anxiety, depression and panic attacks. Never had them before. The numbness and tingling in your body is the worst. The pounding heart is no fun either. God deliver me please.
The enemy always attack when we are at our most vulnerable. My panic attacks started last year after a mini stroke followed by a surgery. Just feel so hopeless

Matthew 19:26 - “With God, nothing is impossible!” I have communicated with demons too because of my mom’s beliefs. I am proud to say. I am 100% delivered from that. I have made different choices and oh so grateful God kept me…

The Lord set me free from anxiety and panic attacks and depression, in fact that is how I came to the Lord and was saved. At the time I only wanted healing little did I know I received even a greater gift, my salvation...That was 29 years ago. Today I am more in love with Jesus than ever. John 8:36 Therefore if the Son makes you free, you shall be free indeed.

Find a body of believers to love you, a place where you are known. Your spiritual growth and health are deeply connected to others in the body. They need you and you need them. We're all easy pray for the enemy when we're isolated. A great book that details this need for connectedness is "Invitation to a journey."

My prayer request is helping me with depression and anxiety. And also spiritual warfare and financial miracle.
Please pray for my son to be delivered from demonic attack, and for Jesus to wrap him with HIS precious blood and redeem him from the world of darkness. For the Holy Spirit to take over him for enlightenment, courage and strength to cast out evil spirits around. For his conversion back to his faith, back to Christ and his family and friends that he may live his life in peace and happiness and contentment in his heart, mind and soul. 🙏
I had struggled with intrucive thoughts! But right before you said the lie who tormented you, i'v just paused the video. Right before that moment i paused and had an realisation. In the Holly Spirit my eyes were open. I was tourmented by thoughts of unforgetable sin even so i know it is a state of mind and heart, of what if i am not enough, what if i find out i didnt did enough even though i can do nothing to save myself it is ALL in the will of God and what Jesus did on the cross for me. I realise... even before the world was, before the dark was separated by light, God knew me, withh alll my imperfection, He knew me! Before the world was, God knew me, and Him in all His glory and wisdome and power loved me and said i am enough to recive His mercy. God knew the price of my salvation, God knew that His only Son, Jesus was to be given on the cross and pay for my sins with His life, God knew that. And He said yes, in His glory and mercy He said Yes! Jesus said yes, knowing He will have to pay on the cross with His life for my sins in order to save me. And He took it, He did that, Jesus said yes to that price. Because me, and you and all that are saved wee are so loved by God that He payed that much for us. So what creation in this universe can say no where God said yes?! Who can say the price already payed by Jesus on the cross is not for me or you or other who is already saved?! Me and anyone who is in Jesus, wee are saved before the world was made, the decision is made, the price of your salvation is fully payed, Jesus was rised to life by the Holly Spirit of God three days after the cross, and Jesus already conquered death and sin for us, "it is finished!"

I just started to read the Bible and I feel like I am truly understanding Jesus. I was raised catholic and never understood. Reading the Bible for yourself is extremely important. Every time I read it before bed when I wake up through the night for my six month old baby I am still reading scripture in my head it’s the strangest thing. It’s happened 3 times now.
You just described me perfectly. I've already taken a leave from being a volunteer firefighter and an EMT. Even today, as I tried to teach a Hebrew class at church I couldn't make it through it because of fear, panic and anxiety. I have to stop this. this is so helpful! i have so many similar experiences even since a young girl not understanding what was going on. It was torment constantly. i fell into addiction and anxiety . i have almost seven months sober and the Lord has been so good. my father is still in his addiction. I'm still on some medication but I feel like the Lord has brought me to a place where i don't need it anymore. My father is suffering with addiction as is my little sister. prayers for our family please!
This sounds so much like me! I was delivered from my depression after I really recognized what Christ did for me on the cross, taking away my guilt and shame. Then, I also had a period of joy and gratefulness for God, always praising God right after school. Then I was hit with religious OCD over the "unforgivable sin," which I was scared I committed and would have terrible, terrible panic attacks that God wasn't for me anymore. I constantly asked God to help me and release me. He eventually sent me a dream of him telling me essentially not to "feed the flame" of my thoughts, and I was instantly changed. Even though I was set free, I still go through times when I am on fire for God and times when I'm not. But my heart reminds me I'm always going to overcome my issues with God's help. It isn't an excuse for my sin but a reminder of God's grace towards man in human weakness. Staying in the word, having a community, and discipline kept me close to God. And when you truly see God as a friend and begin to align your will with his, every prayer (yes, really!) for strength will be answered.

I'm late with this video but yet on time. The way the Lord works never ceases to amaze me! I have been dealing with fear that was introduced to me through my father who was molesting me at the age of 4. Then it just kept happening from different male/female family members. In return caused me to doubt and not fully whole heartedly trust God. But that thang manifested recently through the holy spirit showing me where it all started and the root of it all. Taking me down memory lane of my life and why I was a introvert and shy growing up. It was all fear! Recently I had been getting demonic visits and torment every night and day for the last two months straight. My thoughts were of fear and demonic, I was having anxiety if I even thought about rebuking them! I began to speak the word of the Lord to fight back! Who God says I am, speaking his promises over my life and shutting dwn every demonic thought and presence I felt in my home. Then the Lord told me that he's going to deliver me from it all!!! I still sometimes get anxiety and the thoughts come but I rebuke them every time and don't entertain it by not letting it fester within me. I NEEDED THIS VIDEO!!😭😭

David Diga every time I listen and watch to your teachings regarding depression, panic attacks and anxiety i feel some sense of freedom coming all over me. I've struggled with a cocktail of all of them. I'm not yet fully free but I'm sure that one day I'll testify like you of all God's doings. I was diagnosed with Bipolar disorder and I constantly questioned as to whether I was cursed or it's truly an incurable disease as I'm told by my providers. But I prayed and read the Bible, and with time I have seen healing. Although I don't go to church, I think that's my last step for guidance. Ive always had anxiety but I started having panic attacks when I got my first job in 2005...ive been dealing with panic attacks since then. Ive gotten better at controlling them because ive been having them for such a long time, but everything the pastor said ive been through as well, and I know evil spirit torment me through my anxiety..just last month i was having a panic attack and I very clearly heard " you are going to die today" making my panic even worse. I do realize now that i also in the back of my mind feel God doesn't love me...I'll have to work on this. I will have to repent for this thought (that God does not love me, that nobody loves me)and pray about this situation multiple times a day.
