This is by far the most motivating thing to watch before squat day. For anyone who squats, we know and feel every one of those reps. I like how arnold says "let's serious" after 8 reps of 315 lbs. I know 315 squat isn't an incredible squat but for 10 or 11 reps its pretty darn good. That puts their 1 rep max at over 400 lbs

315 squat is way impressive, remember these are pro bodybuilders, who don’t even focus on strength, and they are repping it with ease. But for the average person, even the average gym goer, 315 squat is a huge milestone.

Arnold also used a close stance bodybuilding squat that makes the quads work harder. The wider stance allows you to go heavier aka powerlifers, people should keep that in mind.

To my fellow lifters out there; you have to understand the crazy volume the guys where doing in these days.. I mean this could've been like the 6th or 8th movement, and maybe set #45 of a #60 sets workout. I know both power and Bodybuilding worlds and it sure gets tough to move even 315 for that amount of sets and reps..
