Theories:
1. I think the Black Hood is related to one of the four men in the picture a child or younger sibling.
2. The Black Hood is a child of the Reaper. The sins of the father fall upon the son and cleansing the town of sinners may cleanse him. He's a pastor or preacher in the community.
3. It's the janitor's spit personality. He like Betty has dark side, but he buried his so deep he doesn't know it's there. The other side knows all the secrets but the janitor doesn't know anything.
3. It's that guy from the Blossom family company board that was going to take down Clifford after Jason's death. "crack theory"
4. It's a man hired by Pops, he wants to sleep dang it. Running that darn dinner 24/7 has driven Pop's crazy. " LOL crack theory 2"
Tony Todd (the man that picked up Juggy last week) doesn't look it but he's in his 60s he could be the Black man in the photo or his son. Betty's striptease made me so uncomfortable, I had to fast forward. Betty is 16, it was creepy.
Glad that Wanita's back! This is actually the first episode of riverdale I didn't like. I felt a lot of people were out of character. Bughead has been all over the place this season and the adults are just letting kids do and say whatever without consequences.
Where are the flash reviews?
Polly is staring on "Once Upon a Time" now as Zelena's daughter Robin so she won't be back anytime soon if at all.
I don't think Archie feelings for Betty is out of nowhere. It is was shown in season 1 when he had a look of jealousy when Bughead first started dating. Then Archie told Betty he thought they would one day be together, but it didn't happen. I also read in an article from the creators that Archie and Betty are far from over.
but this season there were no hints to his feelings...
so yeah, after 8 damn episodes it was definitely out of nowhere
Yeah, it was only 8 episodes out of a 20 something episode season. The writers were only focusing on Bughead and Varchie in those episodes because they were planning on breaking them up to get Barchie closer it's called storytelling.
That's not storytelling. Storytelling is building up to something. If they wanted to do Barchie all along, if it was in their plan, then they needed to start it earlier in the season. They could have continued the jealousy thing from Archie of last season but they didn't. They dropped it completely. And now they are suddenly bringing it back in one scene? It's lazy. And it it doesn't scream "endgame" to me at all. Based on future content I think its pretty obvious that B/A will not last at all. I bet they kiss and realize they are both just hurting and then it will be done. I wouldn't get my hopes up.
I didn't say Archie and Betty will be endgame and I don't expect them to be. We're only in the second season it's way too soon to tell which pairing is endgame for all we know these characters might be dating completely different people that will be their endgame in the final season. Just because they're not broadcasting it 24/7 that Archie is jealous of Bughead doesn't mean his feelings aren't there. Also I don't believe they will get together this season maybe kiss or almost have one and then Archie goes back to Veronica. Varchie both in the tv series and comics always had a lustful relationship it never came off as genuine love. In the comics Archie dates both Veronica and Betty, but he prefers Veronica more and mostly dates her. Then whenever Betty gets attention from an attractive boy Archie gets really jealous. I don't think the creators of Riverdale will let an iconic love triangle go to waste that's been around since the 1940s.
Also, Archie called Betty when he took his dad to the hospital. None of the kids would've known if Betty didn't contact him. Archie told Betty he wasn't good enough for her in season one. I believe him and it was a way for the writers to leave Barchie out there. They could've done a better job writing the progression. I don't think they should get together at this point. That love triangle has to come up again at some point. They made it a square this time. They could go with the GCTNH version where Betty marries Veronica and Archie ends up with Cheryl kinda.
Some tips for you guys (disclaimer: I don't really know the accuracy of the tips though...) So to keep from getting your contents shut down I heard that you should keep the duration of the footage 10 minutes max, and don't let the footage run over 30 seconds without cutting the footage. I hope this helps :)
