After six monthes or more of being aware about that tension n my Solra Plexus erea, tonight was guided to do a meditation to heal solar plexus chakra, after i finiched one hour of meditaton, was also guided to thise video, i simply cried a lot while Mr. Craig Holliday is talking in ths video, i felt all getting out, a lot of anger, sadness, anexiety, fear of speaking y truth and my real me, after that; i felt a bit of phesical pain in that place preceeded with a simlar feeling to hungry, i just drunk water. I FEEL RELEASED? STRONGAND POWERFUL PS: Mr Craig Holliiday, on November the 1st i went to a training about how to use low of atraction, Life Class, in a hotel its name is Holliday Inn, How planned that couuld be to come across this video! i am gratful for that, thank you so much Sir.

Craig, thank you for this journey into the exploration of chakra a activation. I seem to have experiences with two chakras at a time. The root for example seemed to be connected to my heart. Does every chakra maybe have sort of a counterpart? Thanks! 🙏
I have experienced many connections between the root and the head, the crown or the third eye chakra, as well as between the solar plexus and the heart and, finally, connections between the whole torso and the throat. It is all ultimately connected. The energy is striving to move freely and it will push to open us where needed. Are you alright on your journey?
Yes all chakras are interrelated and the basic teaching is the more open you are in each chakra the quicker the neighboring chakras will open. Beautiful insight

Don’t know if it’s related but I’ve tried complete surrender. Going to shamans. Etc . It’s very very intense. Feeling like fainting all day and suffocating.
Dear brother thank you for the videos very helpful. I do experience stomach swelling and bloating for about a year and consistently guided to water fast which I sometime resist.
