In discussion essay, it’s always good that you provide your stand at conclusion not in introduction.
No, your opinion needs to be clear throughout the entire essay.
In an argument essay you expose/*discuss both sides or views* and then give your opinion (at the end, usually by the strongest argument), letting the reader aknowledge both sides arguments (without your opinion influence) so you WON'T DEVELOP THE ARGUMENTS BY YOUR POSITION but GIVING THE REASONS OF BOTH SIDES and then expose your final position with all the information given. In this case we are talking about a ✨balance an argument IELTS question✨

If the question is "some people say its better to have single law system throughout the world but other say its should be free to make their own laws in the country " in the first body paragraph can I disagree the first point and write the disadvantages of having single law system in the world ?. Or will I loss the mark ?

I have a doubt that you have used risks and changes so many times, will it effects our IELTS score?
I don't think it will. I used different collocations, e.g., "make changes" and "resist change". Don't worry about repeating an individual word, especially when that word is a key word.

While some think the best way is to use the death penalty as a deterrent, many people believe that other measures will be needed. It says measure means plural. Do i need to write one measue or 2? I taking classes from an institute and they are telling me that you should give only opinion in intro and conclusion for outweigh as well your opinion essay
Hi, there are many ways to answer an outweigh question. Does the method you learned from the institute allow you to explain why the advantages outweigh the disadvantages? If it does, perhaps it works too.
notes: all four paragraphs have to talk about our own opinion; body paragraph needs main idea; body paragraph: topic sentence includes main idea, explanation (not necessary), example, own opinion; 2:52 singular they

I find it more easier to write ideas when I use method you explained at 3:57 minutes (individual para and supportting one view backed with examples and no opinion); therefore, Can I write in the format below:
Intro paragraph.
paragraph 1 (only 1st view, no opinion)
paragraph 2 (only 2nd view, no opinion)
3rd paragraph( just my opinion in one sentence starting with I strongly believe...and no examples
((1st query: is it okay to do this and make a 3rd paragraph only for opinion 2nd query: examples needed in 3rd paragraph?))(examples here can increase the word length much more)

I took the computer based tests in which I was able to write body paragraphs first. But of course an introduction should precede the body paragraphs.
@@LilieIELTS I left roughly 4-5 empty lines to write intro and wrote it later. and scored 7.5 in writing and 8 each in all other 3 modules.
