- The monster center console game just got uncomfortable with the reveal of the all new Andrenaline 47 Reaper. Its been a while since I've seen a boat this aggressive yet fully funtional. Today we talk with the Adrenaline team and they walk with me the entire boat at the 2022 Palm Beach Boat Show. The show was a huge success for Adrenaline and we were lucky to catch the Laytons before they left back to Georgia.
Mike Layton,founder of Adrenaline,had this boat in the works for almost 3 years. The center console game just got an instant superstar almost out of nowhere. Anna Layton,head of composites at the factory,walked the entire boat with me and detailed the hard work thats been involved with such a project.

My god, what an impressive woman!!! She builds the boats AND sells the boats! Spokesmodel looks with an engineer’s knowledge…I can see why her father let her conduct the tour! Thanks, Alfred.
It's interesting that she did throw out a few production numbers. She said six were on the production line and told him to sign up if he wanted to really get his hands on one. I've seen other videos where they refused to say how many were currently in production and wouldn't mention the potential wait times, a bit of a red flag right there. She clearly knows not only the boat but also something about the production. Obviously, her father is heavily involved with the brand.

@@largol33t1 Mike probably knew, but it was a new boat, and before you have the allocations closed with build slots, no need to talk about it.
In their latest videos he was straightforward about the delivery time and so on. Much rather this than some of the builders that talked a big game of production numbers, but then folded after. Remember Reggie in the mid 2000's just before he riled for chapter 11? The Layton's seem to know what they are doing.
@@jak2828 Slow? Are you serious? Not at all. But those two seem to have a laid back style because they have done this a lot. Some of the guys he has done these videos with from other manufactures, seem genuinely bored and disinterested. The only one he has done this with that had a good level of energy, is Chad from Cig and perhaps Leslie and Eric from ME.
Can I also point out that this was at the end of the show, and at the end of the day. She had been given these tours and had probably been beating the specs and features to death by then. She was tired and worn after the show.

A view from the UK. Thanks for a very informative video Alfy. I particularly like seeing some of the newer, less publicised brands. Brands coming into the market need more exposure than the older established brands. For me, i don't want the same as everybody else has. Do try and dig out more of them please. Are they a family owned and run business?

So there's no info yet. Ya gotta call them. It would be cool if there was a built in grill, ice maker, rod holders, tackle box storage, live wells, fish boxes, etc. Hopefully they'll make a 60' version like the Tiranna & Midnight Express.

@@David-bf9wv She does this stuff, but I actually don't think she's their main sales manager. She does this because she has a good connection with Alfred and that fits with his style. And honestly, I have bought a few boats in my time including Fountain and Formula, and there's nothing about that experience that was better than this so to speak. Scott at Formula is a nice guy, but a bit boring, and dealing with Fountain was just weird on so many levels. While she was probably a bit fried after doing the boat show, it is nice to speak to someone who actually knows the product which she absolutely does.

Alfred, I have got to say that she is absolutely the sexiest thing I have seen. Anna is as well. I can hardly to see her as she cuts thru the water. Especially Haulover when she is grumpy.

Sharp center console boat, Alfred maybe you can help me. I’m looking for a center console boat at least 43’ and up but I’m interested in one that I could put 5 - 600hp mercury’s on it, which one would you recommend.
No ones doing 5-600s. Cigarette can only fit four 600s on their 59’. Plus 600s arent meant to be run like the 450r either
