Hmm interesting about that commemt from drubbradley8821.. maybe its just the hats I buy. But I never had a hat worn out on me by working. Not once working 11hrs a day doing carpentry/demolition & landscaping.. Myself i like the destress look so I always take rough sand paper on my hats.

Get some beet juice or use actual blood so you get that rusty color. The blood can be bought if you eat liver.
