Actually he did sing alot more higher parts in Alexis than he does in C&C, the thing is that, most of the time, he sings lighter in C&C due to the songs beeing less "agressive" and loud, and thus sounding higher :)
I usually listen to only hardcore/metalcore/postcore because most modern rock sounds too much like pop music. This band actually finds the perfect middle-point that I have always been looking for.
The singer sounds exactly like dallas from AOF I thought so too first time I heard we are the ocean haha

But his singing in C&C has always been higher than in AoF, while the voice of the singer on this song is almost an octave lower than Dallas' usual singing.
