The fork carriage? You'll want to hunt down a service manual for the specifics, but cliff notes version: Take tension off lifting chains with a large block of wood, remove large chain holding pins and replace with bolts of smaller size, remove wood blocking and lower carriage onto pallet, remove smaller hardware, and lift the boom until the rollers on the carriage clear the inner rail.
Had to learn how to combine some videos together. It's uploading now. Though, this coming four weeks after the initial comment, I imagine you found the 12 bolts and two hydraulic hoses you needed to remove / loosen to get that beast out.
