Thank you for this, Chris! How cool that you also thought of seeing it in context with CSS. On my channel I have a demo of all four sections of Vista playing together with the harp and a direct comparison of a piece first scored with CSS and then with Vista. I think both libraries complement each other splendidly!

Hey Chris! Love your music and inspirational videos, bought this library the day it was released and love it. On a side note, do you know if it's better to divide your sample libraries over several SSD's or is it better to keep them on one single SSD? If spread over several disks it should reduce the risk of SSD bottle necking right?

Hi. Thanks a lot for great reviews. Is it possible to make microtonal changes in the script editor? Some libraries didn’t have that feature (to my surprise). Very important for me to make my decision. Looking forward to hearing your reply. Thanks again
I don’t think you can do it within the patch itself, but kontakt gives you tuning options where you can tune by cents I believe.
@@ChristopherSiu thanks. Yeah that’s what I was thinking. In kontakt I normally do it in “script editor”. But I remember once it didn’t do any change, I mean pitch was the same, I was making changes, it looked ok but sound was still tampered. I think maybe it was session strings or something. Then I found out that library didn’t support microtonal features.
So is there a way to make the harp have repeated plucks or did you just do that by pressing the keys quickly?
Ok now this is epic, are there any other string libraries you know of that sound even more romantic than Vista?
Can't say that I do! I mean CSS is very romantic already, so I enjoy layering both for added butter.
Soaring strings
Everytime I check out a new string library I always have to tell myself,
"You don't need another string library."
These sound so good, but I really REALLY SHOULDNT. That one SpongeBob meme comes comes mind. UGH. THOSE CELLI. QOEBQIDHQIFNAUS.
