I'm from Rosario, Argentina (yes, the same place where Messi comes from) and last year I was watching a football/soccer match in a local club, where they played a "professional" team of females in between their late 20's and mid 30's vs a bunch of dudes from highschool half the girl's age, but double their height and body mass.
Guess how the match went? the professional team was utterly humiliated by some teenagers.

Yeah, I had to humble a star female sprinter that I went to high school with. She was about the fastest girl in the state. It was surreal the way she dominated other girls at our track meets. I wasn’t even a “runner”. I was a basketball & high jump athlete.
One day in practice she told me she could “smoke me in a race” in front of a bunch of people. I was like “are you being serious right now?”. She said “yes”. So we went and lined up on the track..
I had never seriously raced a girl before, let alone one who’s a track star. I told myself “well, since she has all these gold medals, and she supposed to be really fast, I’m going to race her just like she’s a man”..
We took off. She hung with me for a few seconds but once I hit top speed I started leaving her like she was walking. Then she quit the race to save herself further embarrassment.
These women need a reality check. I was in the young marines for 4 years. It's harder for women, they have to constantly compete. There not faster there not stronger. And they make a lot of freaked up decisions because there in a position, that naturally they shouldn't be in. And I hate to see it. I had young marine soldiers that CRIED, because of decisions that a woman commander made, during training. So we had to put her down and tell her "Hey you know what? Maam? It's not happening anymore. From now on, you let the guys do THEIR job, and you just stand there!" It's like an Olympian saying "I can run so fast I can run faster than a car." Like no you can't, you'll never be faster than a average or even a beat up slow car in a race, it's the same way with men vs women.
Was she the same height as you though? It would be farcical for her to race a basketball start if she isn't at least the same height - your stride length would give you a massive advantage.

I think people are confused. No woman is refuting that fact that men are faster and stronger than women as a whole. The fastest man will be faster than the fastest woman. The strongest man will be stronger than the strongest woman. The average man will be stronger and faster than the average woman. I think it's ridiculous that so many people are acting like women aren't aware of this fact and need a reality check or something.
As I reiterate, women don't have a problem recognizing biological facts. What women DO have a problem with is men assuming that they, by virtue of being men, are automatically stronger than any woman they meet. Just because men are stronger and faster than women in general doesn't mean that ALL men are stronger and faster than ALL women. That's why women, especially those who actually are stronger than the average population, don't like to be assumed weaker than they are. Sure, a woman wouldn't be able to measure up to an elite male athlete (and remember those guys in the video are all elite athletes). But if you're an average guy, you can't look at a random woman and assume she's weaker or slower than you, because she absolutely may not be. If you look at the women in this video, they're all faster than the majority of the male population. They're just not comparable to male ATHLETES.

The fact that women are physically weaker than men doesn't make them unworthy of equal pay as long as they are straining their body as much as men do and also the cost of living for women isn't lesser than men! So women must get equal pay irrespective of their capabilities as they do some other things which biologically men can not do.
This is exactly why I can't wrap my head around how transgenderism and (modern) feminism are both in the same political party. Even someone whose blind could see that it's a self-defeating system of beliefs, if they actually support either at all.

Yesterday a British female army captain broke the world record for skiing solo across Antartica, which is around 1000 miles in 31 days, 14 hours & 19 minutes.. While men are around 8-12% more efficient than women in Olympic running events, that advantage reduces considerably for ultra marathons and beyond.

As a former swimming coach we'd arrange our relays like: Fastest swimmer swims anchor, (swims last) 2nd fastest swims first, third fastest swims second and the slowest one always goes third.
I'd suppose running relays would be arranged the same way.
So it would make sense that the slowest runners, (the women in this case, no matter how good they are, will be slower than the men) would run 2nd and third leg.

Here in Norway we have a saying that goes like this "If you say A then you must say B". It essentially means that you have to consider consequenses of your actions. From an anatomical perspective; male & female pelvis’s are different. Hers is wider so she has a greater angle of attachment from hip to knee so he has the advantage. He also has the advantage of a larger bone structure, larger muscle mass, increased tendon and ligament strength, larger organs like heart and lungs to fuel his muscles and he has testosterone. That physical advantage of males after puberty is insurmountable.
Males should not be playing physical sports against females.
If I were in charge of putting my athletes in order for this mixed event it would be
1.) Man A
2.) Woman A
3.) Woman B
4.) Man B

Something else that needs to be pointed out - these ladies are WORLD CLASS ATHLETES. They were absolutely smoked by the guys. And at this distance, there are high school guys that can beat them.

I can't remember exactly what event it was, but I was looking at times the other day and the women's world record for the event wasn't in the top 5,000 men's time. I'm not trying to take away from female athletes but there's a clear biological difference and pretending there isn't is unfair to women.

When you get 2 Olympic or professionals together the difference is apparent sure, but if you really want to show the biggest different, put a Pro female up against an average guy of the comparable weight in UFC and tell him do whatever you want just within the UFC rules. I bet you he'd still win. Like throw an average guy and a UFC pro female into a fight to the death (Hypothetically) she's going to lose.

The Nigerian team put their men on the first and third legs, leaving a woman to run the last leg against men. So even though the Nigerian man who ran the 3rd leg built up a commanding lead against the women in that leg, the Nigerian woman who ran the last leg ridiculously squandered that lead when she ran against men.

Of course, had it been the usa or jamaican sprinting teams she would have set off with an even bigger advantage (after 3 laps probably an additional 20 -30 meters more than the nigerian woman), so she may not have been caught, although the lead would have been cut into dramatically. The Nigerians aren't known as a top sprinting nation.
