+cdcruizer05 you know how the state spec our buses so I feel like it will be awhile before we see that happen. However I would love the guardian angel system.
Sometimes it looks like the C2s are narrower then other buses out there but I know all school buses are 96" wide and I did see a pic of a C2 behind a 02 IC CE and the C2 looked like a giant compared to the IC.
What an awesome video!! I thought Blue Bird made the best buses, i love the body work of Thomas, btw i'm not American but i love your school buses, they much nicer compared to ours.
I saw some of your buses on the interstate for delivery. I love how they are built in NC, my home state. We live in Chapel Hill, not too far from High point. Also, what wheelbase does NC use on their standard buses?
@@cdcruizer05 Can you do me a favor if you have a wheelchair bus in your run can you do a demo of the wheelcjhair lifts if you ever come across a wheelchair bus
Alrighty then, looking forward to it! I asked about the turn signal sounds because, correct me if I'm wrong, the new HDXs and EFXs have a different turn signal beeper sound.
there was a propane bus around 3:52 (it has the pipe sticking up off the side of the body), but that gas one was gasoline. Blue Bird is making the same move towards gasoline.
Yes, you would be correct in naming those buses...i'm pretty sure that was a gas engine, he came by several times in it...sounds like it had a v10 in it...i wanted to stop him and ask. The propane i've been around were a little quieter.
The ISV5.0 is a newer entry level Cummins diesel, its a V8diesel. Blue Bird just started selling them as an option and they are really quiet. The Cummins-Westport 6.7L natural gas C2 came out the year as well, might be that. I would think if it was just a straight gas it wouldn't have the diesel tail pipe, instead of the tail pipe the propane buses have. CNG might be a strong possibility.
Can you do more of these I want to do this when I grow up
My dream place to visit 🤩
Superdog820 Playz it’s a nice facility. Buses for days!

Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it.
You have the best job Chad!!!
thanks Jay, I meant to show you those back up camera units. I haven't heard anything official on North Carolina buses.
+cdcruizer05 yeah I'm desperate to see how they are installed. I know you are staying busy transporting.
yeah, i am...i've transported a HDX, and C2 with back up camera's...neat little addition. I would love to see north carolina receive them.

search drive away companies, Safeway is one that comes to mind. for the one I drive for, it would benefit you to live in NC.
I was able to catch a Canada, Virginia, multiple Florida,Kansas,Delaware, and California in your vid. Was that gas one a Propane I would imagine?

Interesting! Do you know what engine it is? And have you heard anything on the ISV5.0? I know the Mercedes/Detroit are coming back in a few years.
