    Slippery floor is hard for mawashi geri. I saw you almost slip, so you have GREAT balance!

    I feel almost the same level of hot when I practice in winter.This attempting appears to be effective to make their punch or kick lighter and faster.

      Getting water out ... loosing wight. Mma, boxing etc practitioners do this before combat to get advantage in the fight.

      @@anubitebv just water, but at the end you'll see Toyama Sensei dropped by 2.2 kilos. That can mean entering a tournament in a lower weight division, and giving you a big advantage in size and power.

      @@HenryBellinger i am saying that it doesn't have any benefits. It is not losing weight, but just water. If you drink 2 glasses of water, you will but it back.
      I think that this type of training is just to show that you can "trick" the scale with one training session right before the competition
