Tuguegarao City is currently celebrating its patronal fiesta, more commonly known as Pavvurulun Afi Festival. Among the many activities lined up for the said fiesta is the TugSayaw competition participated in by various schools. This was held today and indeed, it showcased the talent Tuguegaraoeños have.
