- #ProArt #ASUS #asuspcdiy - It's been a couple of months in the making, but what makes a great PC in 2024? It's not always about RGB, instead ASUS have brought a new stellar case with excellent cooling performance... Enter the PA602.

In a market absolutely dominated by gamer focussed design language, the ProArt PA602 brings a subtle, yet sophisticated style with a plethora of features to compliment it.
What makes this case totally unique besides the IR dust filter, limitless hardware support and GPU clamp to name a few, is the way ASUS have focussed their attention to Airflow. Those two 200mm front fans run quietly whilst moving so much air! Combine that with perfectly designed airflow ramps inside the chassis to direct the cool air where it needs to be, 420mm radiator support and a large 140mm exhaust, you have a recipe for absolute air movement harmony.
Those such as myself who work on creative projects, long rendering times certainly increase heat far more than gaming. The demand for more optimised cooling has certainly not been missed here. Gamers can also take advantage of this for both for custom cooling and pushing overclocking potential with lower overall temps.

A pure example of "LESS IS MORE" by Asus. No flashy RGBs, just a tasteful example of how beautiful the hardware itself can be!
Amazing build, Matt, as always.
I can guarantee you that the design team was screaming to put as much RGB into it as possible but were quickly denied. Asus are obsessed with gaming designs. Even their professional laptops have something gamer on it.

In this example, it's about toning down the RGBs, colourful and screamy designs, and in return getting a product that's looking verry classy, and (IMO) better than others.

Love how nice and clean this build looks! The pop of color from the ram is a nice, but I think a set of ddr5 t-create expert would make it look even more sleek.
now they should make a compact and nano versions like fd torrent did. i like the aesthetic of the case and functionality, but it's huge (guess it's much bigger then regular torrent) wich is funny because their proart 4080 is pretty compact. amazing build as always. i would only change ram for team group t-create expert, thier black and gold is a perfect match for the proart aesthetics. but rgb accent of the kingston ram is a pleasent touch) good job!

Wow, this looked absolutely gorgeous. I will say that your top front intake fan is doing pretty much nothing because of the AIO mounted on top. The air it was pulling in was immediately exhausted before it could push further into the case. That said, I love that they've gone with 2 200mmx38mm front fans, and even the rear 140mm is larger than standard. They're not playing around with cooling on this case.

I think this is legitimately one of the best looking computers i have ever seen. I do have a criticism and a comment. That GPU support solution is terribly ugly. I do think the GPU vent in the glass is a very cool addition that seems to change airflow a lot. I dig it.
Yeah, I'm glad there's a company out there trying to add some sort of functionality to glass side panels. The effect it had on the case airflow was definitely interesting. It was effectively acting as an exhaust point before the rear IO holes and exhaust fan. I've seen some cases where hot air gets somewhat stuck below the GPU unless there's PSU shroud mounted fans. This is an interesting alternative to that.

Holy hot diggity, now that is the prettiest build I've seen in a long *ss time, also very enjoyable and well detailed video yet again, so thanks for that! I've got a fractal north for my first build (that I have yet to start), so that aio sadly won't fit and these specs are overkill for my purposes, but this is absolute perfection.
I wonder if Asus would consider making a proart air cooler 🤔
with the airflow visualisation you can really tell 200mm fans are something else. crazy
