  • Today I want to share with you how I am when my mood tanks. In this life, I live through plenty of ups (Superman) and then have to go through plenty of downs. (Kryptonite) Today you get to see the reality of a mood disorder laid bare!
I don't want to shy away from revealing what it is like when I hit one of these downs, so I thought I would share 26 minutes of reflectiveness from the safe confines of my car. Tomorrow this could all pass, and I can be back to feeling pure joy and elation. I cycle extremely fast from one state of emotion to the next.
In this video, I delve into the world of mood disorders and explore how I deal with low mood and rapid cycling. Join me as I discuss ways to escape the chaos within and bring balance to life!
Living with any kind of mood disorder can be overwhelming, but with the right strategies and support, it is possible to find stability and peace. Don't let your disorder define you, take control and say "Fu*k You" to the chaos!

Sorry you have a low mood. How about another go at doing the Ellis/Ellis interview this week if you are up to it?

Thanks Mark. Appreciate the words. Yep I find that it has helped me hugely. It’s kind of like one way therapy. You get no feedback but it feels like a weight lifted.
