- Not sure what to say more than we made it. 40'000 subscribers is a number I thought I never would see on my CZcams channel. For all of you who clicked on the subscribe button, who likes and overall support my videos. Thank you.
The day after I saw this (aka today) I just got so motivated that I felt for recording something, so I thought to myself that a playthrough of Severance which many of you have been asking for was a good choice. I really hope you guys will enjoy it and once again thank you for the support.
As always is this a one-take recording, mix by Douglas Hammarstam.

Thanks man! Yeah I use 2 chinas and 2 stacks on the kit right now, really got inspired using a smaller stack after the show I did with Viscera haha!

Sadly due to a expensive cost of making this EP, we went for MIDI drums all the way, things are going better now though so keep your eyes open for our upcoming stuff which is planned to be recorded in a great studio!

Hey my man, I hope you're doing well, I've been watching and listening to your covers a lot through the years and I really would just love to hear you, or anyone for that matter but especially you with how great your sound is, can you PLEASE consider covering Carrionshine by Cryptopsy? It will be a major hit I'd assume. So many people dodge that song and really it's a drum masterpiece and you would be the one to do it and let it shine in its glory. It really depends! For slower songs like this I tense to hit harder because of the energy and feel I get from the song. I sure crack a ton of stuff during a year though haha..

When you use your swivel technique, is all of the motion in your ankles, or do your knees move also? Where do you distribute the motion?
No knees what so ever! Using the knees will kill them over time while swiweling, most of the motion is from the ankles but I kind of get power as well from my thighs!
@@KholmDrums ok cool, thank you! Are there any tutorials you could mention that show this technique? Is there a specific drummer you learned from? Also, would you ever consider creating any tutorials yourself? Your technique is incredible to watch. I slow the video to try and learn what you do. It helps, but I can only assume what you are doing.
