I would also like the hosts for each apartment (s) to have control to manage their apartments availability incase they get booking outside the website.

You can create the website with wp-rentals but will need to hire a developer to integrate the API. Airbnb does have an api key so you can integrate it. There are no plugins for this, but you can definitely head to fiverr after you make your website and have a developer integrate the API for you. If you do integrate it, the booking will reflect from airbnb to your website
Once the booking is confirmed, the calendar dates will be blocked so no other bookings will be allowed. To avoid double bookings, the booked dates can be synced with other platforms like Airbnb using the Icalendar feature.

Fantastic video. Quick Question: How would the hosts themselves get paid? Do all payments by guests need to be made manually via an invoice and then manually confirmed by a host? I don't see how multiple different hosts could connect their stripe accounts to their listings and have this automatically done. Thank you so much!

Hey, the WP Rentals theme does not support payments to owners or guests. All the payments will go to admin and admin will manage payments outside the theme.

Not really it gets a bit clunky and I would not recommend it. I would basically use the theme and it’s page builder.

Hi darrel, you miss to do test how rental owner received the payment from the renter. you only test the subscription payment.
in the order section, you would have to make a transfer outside of wordpress. I dont think they have an in wordpress integration to send payments from within the wordpress dashboard

I have a question. If I book a property for $150 per night, how would the property owner will receive their payment? Admin receives payments via Paypal, Stripe, or Wire Transfer (offline payments) for publishing new listings and/or a service fee for each confirmed booking. OR enable and use WOO COMMERCE merchants to process payments to admin in 150+ merchants.

Sounds like a caching or plugin conflict issue. Try clearing your browser cache first. If that doesn't work, deactivate other plugins temporarily to see if there's a conflict. WP Rentals is usually pretty solid, but sometimes conflicts can happen.
