    ہرزبان میں مشترک الفاظ ہوتےہیں ایک سےزائد چیزوں کا ایک ہی نام ہوسکتاہے۔۔۔جیسے
    مومن :ہرایمان والےکوبھی کہتےہیں اوراللہ کا بھی نام ہے،
    مصور:تصویربنانےوالا اوریہ اللہ کابھی نام ہے،
    حکم:جج اوراللہ کانام،
    عدل:انصاف کوکہتےہیں اوراللہ کا بھی نام ہے،
    عظیم:ہراحترام والی چیزکوکہتےہیں اور اللہ کی بھی صفت ہے،
    کبیر:ہربڑی چیزکیلئےکہتےہیں اوراللہ کی صفت ہے،
    وکیل بھی اللہ کا نام ہے کیاقانونی کارروائی کرنےوالےوکیل کانام بھی بدلاجائےگا۔۔۔؟؟؟
    دیگرمثالیں:
    تخت :شاہی منصب کوکہتےہیں اورمردہ کوغسل دینےکیلئےجس پرلٹایاجاتاہےاسکوبھی کہتےہیں،
    پردہ:دریچوں پرلٹکایاجانےوالاکپڑا اسکوبھی کہاجاتاہےاورغیرمحرم کےآگےنہ آنےکوبھی پردہ کہتےہیں۔
    گلاس:پانی کے برتن کوکہتےہیں اورہرکانچ کوگلاس کہتےہیں،
    چشمہ:آنکھ پرلگای جانےوالی چیزکوکہتےہیں،پانی کےجھرنےکوبھی کہتےہیں۔
    آپ ایسی بہت سی مثالیں معلوم کرسکتےہیں، عقلمند کیلئےاشارہ کافی ہوتاہے۔۔۔؛لیکن یہاں پرتومناسب وضاحت بھی ہوگئی الحمدللہ مگر یہ وضاحت صرف علم والوں یاعلم جاننےکی خواہش رکھنےوالوں کیلئےکارآمدہے،سب کیلئےنہیں۔
    اللہ تعالی کوحلیم اس لئےکہتےہیں کیونکہ اللہ تعالی کی ایک صفت بردباری اوربندوں کےساتھ نرمی کرناہےہرنرمی اوربردباری کوحلم کہتےہیں گوشت سےبمنائی گئی اس دش کوحلیم اسلئےکہتےہیں کیونکہ سارےملی ہوئی چیزی اچھی طرح گلاکرنرم کرلی جاتی ہیں اسلئےاسکوحلیم کہتےہیں۔
    اب اسکودوسرانام دینایاتوزبان(لینگویج)کےاصول سےکم واقفیت ہےیاغیرضروری تجددپسندی ہے۔۔۔

    I appreciate your your job.
    I have one suggestion for you.
    You cursh the masala on sil batta .
    The flavour of fresh masala is yummy. You crush the patta , onion and all masala as per as your need. You add dhainya ka patta with soft stick ,chop it very fine pieces. This process increases flavour of food ,when fried with masala.
    I reside in Mauritius. We cook veg halim. I am sending you the recipe you can try for donations of food.
    You take Red lentil, masur ka dal with skin 1kg. You take wheat 200 grms and otemill 100 grams.
    To increased the volume of ingredients you can sprout gahu and red lantile for two days.
    Boil the redlentilil and wheat in pressure cooker.
    Second step
    You take soyabin crunch sock in water for four hours and cut in small pieces.
    Cut the carrot in small pieces.
    Keep 200 grams of peanut,
    Shengdhana.
    Third step.
    You crush the masala as par as need, Put oil, add masala fry it well with chopped soyabin crunch.
    Add boiled red lentil, raw peanuts and oats meal .
    Let it cook on slow fire then before removing add carrots. It is sweet in test and gets dissolve in lentil.
    The carrot is optional.
    We must have small crunch of carrot, soyabin and peanuts in our mouth.
    No need of meat. It cook very quickly. Lesser expensive. The peanuts replaced the oil so add less oil.
    You are cook, you make it as per as your test and show to people.
    Onion leaves also increased the test of halim add at the end while serving.

    The Muslim kitchen is very costly , let us do something to reduce cost of our food.
    You know mutton tikka.
    You add soyabin crunch. You sock in water grind it grinder and add in mutton tikka instead of patoto.
    Second
    You add black skin urad ka dal in mutton tikka.
    The Percentage ratios of urad ka dal and soyabin you deside.
    Third
    You add only urad ka dal and soyabin and masala and make tikka. Fry it as mutton ka tikka.
    Don't inform family and watch.
    Shares with other people.

    I have watched your vedio of frying onion. Chinese people prepare onion oil. Please surf on net.write
    Onion oil cook in China. I will try to send you site address.
    Method is same but they keep oinion oil to make food more testy in absence of onion in bazaar.
    We can also use onion leaves in absence of onion in bazaar.
    To make curry thick , you add one spoon of besen while frying. Besen must fry with masala. Otherwise it gives katcha test.
    You can increase quantity of jira in masala while crushing on sil batta. Curry will become thick.
    Another option ,youu can add one spoon of grilled and crushed peanuts to make curry thick.

    I have watched some vedio of how to use kassva leaves.
    Mostly people add grinded green leaves in mutton curry. Example spinach.
    Cooking costly curry is easy but running kitchen with in minimum is art.
    I am giving fewer more ideas from Mauritius.
    In Mauritius people cook yellow peas with masala and add fried dry shrimp, before frying shrimp sock in water to swell.
    Cooking nonveg with vegetables is healthy.

    Cooking fish BU -O
    You take oil, oinion, garlic and ginger paste, chili and tomato. you take water removed from rice to give thickness to liquid. You add rice water , salt and larger fish non fried mostly head.
    You boil the liquid all the juice of nonveg will come in liquid.
    You eat with rice or bread.
    This recipe can be cook to save money.
    For crabs BUO soup.
    You take crab feet AND ROUGHLY crush it SO THAT JUICE WILL DISSOLVE IN JUICE. and keep cab as whole, add some methi and haldi for crabs
    You boil it for longer periods, juice will dissolve in water.
    With in very lesser crabs, you can feed maximum people.
    My mother eat nonveg but my father don't like , he allowed in home because he wanted to send chidren abroad, we stay in joint family and lack of food and quarreling after food is made , many of family members become vegetarian, we used to eat veg food cooked for my father.
    I only know people don't want to share food and will do all the tricks not to let you eat. Every one only I will eat.

    This recipe will save your money in kitchen.
    You can cook dry shrimp, dry fish, Bombali .Sock in water wash , fry, add to tomato sauce.
    You prepare Biryani adding soyabin nuggets and eat tomato chatney of seafood. You don't need chicken for biryani.
    The tomato chatney and fish bu-o main ingredientsare same, chatney is without water and bu-0 with water.
    In mauritius tomoto chatney is favorite recipe.
    In vegetarian recipes you can green peas or mushroom or shimla mirch.
    At a time only one ingredients.

    Add oinion , sal, chili and make chatney. You can fry fish, remove spike and add to this chatney. In one piece of fish two or three people can eat. In vegetarian recipes you can add dalwada.

    You can sock mung beans in water for two days by changing water. The skin will come out and volume will increase because of small sprouting.
    Too much sprouting makes mung beans bitter.
    The coconut leftover over can be used for making sweet, add orange skin and sugar and cook it, spread it, spoon per spoon in plate let it dry.
    You can surf Africans style coconut sweet.
    Please use your brain and make lesser expensive firrni for family.
    This firni is much more testy.
