What videos like these using the flash as an example never take into account is the flashes abilities is a power set. Not a singular power. It gets annoying. Now if you used quicksilver from marvel as an example then these videos would make more sense cause his power is super speed, theres a difference.
when you want toi travel speed of light you obviusoly must be light. therefore you sohuld evolve to nexte level of consciousnes aka dream world aka astral plane... where you are limited just by your iamgiantion and your body is conscious light aka soul then you can run trough cities just like Flash.
