    Brooms for snow removal are underrated. They clean down to the pavement instead of scraping and also packing down snow on uneven pavement. Maybe if you had a gravel driveway a snow thrower would be the only logical option. My dream setup would be (may get it some day) a broom for the front of one of those 4x4 JD lawn tractors (diesel) and a snow thrower attachment too, just in case snow was too deep for a broom. It would be very rare that it would be too deep for a broom where I live (near Cincinnati).

      Agreed! That would be a sick setup. Brooms are pretty awesome attachments to have in your arsenal. Clients are asking for the option more often once they see other jobs that have been completed with one.

    You should bring back the atv plowing content. I remember like 4 years ago, I would wait all year until you finally posted more atv videos, but I swear you had more subscribers like I thought you had 100k

      Life happened 😂 I’d like to get back into the groove of making content but it’s always something that doesn’t work out. 5 storms into this current season and Boss still hasn’t sent over our equipment we need for sidewalks. Just got my metal pless and that was late and a headache to try and get at the correct time to make pre season content. Got dumped on the first 2 storms this year and was trying to learn this plow but use no one tells you how to use it properly haha. so now I am able to relax a little more and try to get some content going but my normal job requires a lot of my time and saving time to keep family/wife happy. Finding music is a headache when the site doesn’t want to play any song when you click play song. First world problems here 😂 it’s always something that is getting in my way and it brings my motivation down. Trying to get back up and running your guys comments help a lot and I forget just how much people enjoyed them until you guys bring it back up. Being a one man film/editing crew ain’t easy but I’ll do my best to hopefully get as many videos I can out this year. I’ll get 100k someday but the most followers Iv had is what I have now (4K) and very appreciative 👍 I never focus on follower numbers just the content and how I can help you guys out. A few of my videos have over 100k views that’s probably what you’ve seen. Always crazy to see those numbers.

    Love the Mammoth 850, hopefully some day soon I will be able to afford one, just curious to know if Ariens is going to make a snow cab for the 850.?

      They look like a powerful, capable machine. They don’t make a fully enclosed cab but I did see a half cab that covers everything but the back side of the operator not 100% on that but I thought I saw a post on Instagram showing it.

    I'm just curious what your thoughts are on the mammoth versus the mag?

    How much was it?

    I agree, the controls seem too low. Especially when compared to the Ventrac. SSV.

      Iv been told it’s very comfortable, my issue is I like to have my grip higher so my upper body isn’t being tossed around as much. Better center of gravity. But I have not tried one so what do I know 😂 could be completely wrong!

    • @bud8157
      @bud8157 Před rokem +1

      Controls on the mammuth suck with gloves hands, she’s a heavy b, when fully burdened by the salt spreader and sno blower. Not as maneuverable as a Mag or ssv for sure. Cost is one thing but I can’t get over the pto being a pain. I Need versatility and the mammuth is crap for that. That being said the ssv has decent controls, they’re not perfect but who is? At least I have heat at my finger tips

    • @AutoPilotMT
      @AutoPilotMT  Před rokem

      I hear the mammoth has great heated grips. The Boss SR MAG is pre wired for heated grips under the dash as well as strobe lights it’s labeled in the wiring but they are not offering them this year. Ridiculous. Should be standard.

    1:45. Right the controls so stupid to have them so low right.

    • @AutoPilotMT
      @AutoPilotMT  Před rokem

      I was worried about that as well! I have been told by some owners/operators they like it and it’s comfortable. Comes down to personal preference probably. I prefer the controls higher being taller so I have a better center of gravity for control.

    How do you like that machine?

    • @AutoPilotMT
      @AutoPilotMT  Před rokem +1

      Not my machine. Have only seen it twice now. Not sure if I would buy one at the price it is at but it is still a very capable machine.

    That kind of money I get a cab no deal

    • @AutoPilotMT
      @AutoPilotMT  Před rokem +1

      Can’t beat a heated cab! Everything is absurdly priced these days. 👍

      You get what I’m saying.. I’m a contractor and I’m tired of paying 14000 for lawnmowers and 30 thousand for a tractor. Then you got the fuel and you have to find some drug addict or nut job to run it and hopefully not break it or render it useless. It’s frustrating
