You havr a serious roof leak problem. Black mold is toxic and can make you very sick cause it's toxic. .Surprised they are allowing people to live in it but I understand there may be a housing issue in Ireland. Probably have a rotting roof though. 😮
Unfortunately a lot of houses in Ireland have mould! Thankfully we were able to treat the cause of the problem and remove the mould. We haven't had any come back since so hopefully we'll be ok.
Sheesh did the renters just trash teh house on purpose? Has to be the answer right? Also, how much did you guys have saved up before getting a mortgage? How much was this house?
We don't know why/how the house got so bad, it is a real shame. This was Diarmuid's grandparents house before they died, his parents own it now and we rent it off them.
