Christmas in Ireland! We did lots of Christmas preparation, exchanged gifts with our lovely small town community and and celebrated the Winter solstice by going into Dowth.

It happened! We got married! And it was awesome! We adored our intimate wedding in the Victorian highlands and we were completely gobsmacked by the amount of hard work our family and friends put into making this the most amazing day for us. We almost got rained out and we were so anxious, but it all turned out incredibly in the end. Can't wait to share the rest of our time in Aus with you soon 💖

I never knew one tiny mouse could mess with my brain so much 😂 This vlog we are continuing to clean up and set up our house and we did lots of work building our planter boxes for our veggie garden. My girlfriend and I have been binging on your moving to Ireland vlogs as we too are thinking of moving :) One thing that's very disheartening is the housing issue as we think it will be extremely difficult to find rent with our 2 cats :(

We don't know why/how the house got so bad, it is a real shame. This was Diarmuid's grandparents house before they died, his parents own it now and we rent it off them.

Thanks lovely 🥰 Tbh every season was so wonderful in different ways! I think Spring was probably my favourite because of all the different flowers but autumn was also so beautiful.

Contact your local Irish Embassy, residency can be gotten many way's, if you have an Irish born grandparent, or a much needed skill, etc. it's all covered on the Dept of Foreign Affairs website.

You havr a serious roof leak problem. Black mold is toxic and can make you very sick cause it's toxic. .Surprised they are allowing people to live in it but I understand there may be a housing issue in Ireland. Probably have a rotting roof though. 😮
Unfortunately a lot of houses in Ireland have mould! Thankfully we were able to treat the cause of the problem and remove the mould. We haven't had any come back since so hopefully we'll be ok.
