    Thank you for making these videos! I am a nursing student and have been getting frustrated with my instructors because they just list off things regarding conditions to memorize without proper rationale/explanation... your videos help me see the bigger picture and really understand pathologies and their implications!

    Hi Dr Campbell, I find your channel so useful! Thankyou. As an ambulance crew we only carry 0.9% Saline and cannot measure central venous pressure. Would you recommend that we give 0.9% Saline to patients with HONK? Should we only do this if they are severely hypotensive?
