Agreed alonso only shows up against smaller teams nowadays. Although Azpi isnt as good as a fullback I think we could still use him as a CB.

Kovacic also played a good match particularly in the first half his burst of pace and dribbling (reminds me of Hazard) but if we look at the first half for me kovacic was the stand out player

My own view is that alonzo had a poor nite against a very good ajax team. It happens. Not the end of the world. Alonzo this season under lamps has done better than under sarri. Too many who don like him cant wait for a poor game to crucify him.

Tbh Azpi would be a great player to bring on as a sub as he can play both right back and left back. Meaning and this isn’t hating on Alonso, he just doesn’t suit the system and the sooner we sell him and get another left back, the better
Azpi going nowhere any time soon.
6 things i learned is :
1) Chelsea has fighting spirit and never die attitude once again.
2)Fans on the stadium are awesome except ones who left at 1-4.
3) kova took hazzard's drilling duties and I'm loving it. We need someone whi can run in opponents defense with pace and drilling.
4) You are great youtuber. I came here from youneesh suggestion to check you out and I've been following him since he had like 25 subscribers totally lol.
5) tilda is beautiful ( not cos her visual appearance only, her character is much more notable)

I understand that you see things from a chelsea perspective. The firts half Ajax was the better team.The second half Chelsea was. I agee on the var comment. Ajax were denied a goal in the first match and a panalty. Last night they did nothing with the faul on Blind from Pulesic and sending of Veltman. Also the ofsite goal from aspiliqueta they looked the other way. Ajax coach should have closed the door for Chelsea after they went 1-4 . But that is not thé Ajax stile. Werever Ajax plays they want to entertain the crowd. Even when they could loose. I like this young fresh chelsea squad with a youg coach with his filosofy. That's why this game was so entertaining. Because both teams want to play football and entertain. At the end the result was correct. Chelsea now is far more entertaining than under the Mourinho.We as Ajax love to play you again. Yeah, I want to stress point 6. The passion when it's 4 - 1! One can say youth is part of the problem with naive defending, but youth is also the biggest strength with fighting. Never forget that spirit!

I have to say that I disagree with your assessment of CHO. I am a fan of his, but he took a very selfish shot when were were 2 men up and also missed passes to open players for that player to take a shot. His youth was evident and he needs a bit more time to learn "decision making" in real time.
Kepa - it seems that every game I yell at the TV - "damn Kepa, get out and grab that ball!". Kepa sits on his line giving too much of the goal to the offense. Watch the last 6 games - he pulls his hand back from a few shots going "just wide". That is inexcusable for me. He needs to dominate that box, he needs a bite in his step.
Zouma - BEAST. I have loved his play since pre-season. YES Zouma!!

Ajax gets 2 reds and a penalty against in a situation that started with Pulisic making the foul on Blind and you DARE to claim that "some of the decisions went against Chelsea as well"? And you DARE moan about the VAR decision with the 5-4? Bloody hell, Tammy Abraham hit the ball (unintentionally) with his hand (while his arms were alongside his body). Exact same situation as with Veltman, but Veltman got booked (and send off) and Abraham didn't. If you can't see the favouritism in that, than you must be really blind.

I’m becoming a Chelsea fan..I certainly did not see that coming as I really don’t have a horse in the race..Love your videos....Nice job sorting out the aftermath George..We knew that would be a challenge..I don’t have a top six to offer but, I do agree that Alonso was too poor to be called poor..The free kick he conceded was unnecessary and costly..Chelsea wasn’t very good defensively I thought, especially in the box..Also, I never saw the hand ball on the disallowed game winner?..It looks to me like Chelsea is a work in progress on defense with a ceiling this year..The offense is already good with the future glowing..In short, Chelsea looks young but promising..They have a good balance of playmakers and strikers..imo...They need only time and tweaking it seems..I really look forward to the Man City game..
