Sonny Ochs is the sister of activist, songwriter, singer, guitarist, journalist, and poet Phil Ochs. She has been a vital keeper of his legacy as he is a man whose contributions have sadly been disregarded by the mainstream, despite being one of the significant counterculture figures and political songwriters in the history of popular music. During this interview, you will learn about his incredible music and efforts to change a culture of war, racism, poverty, and greed. You will also learn about his youth, rise to fame, sad mental collapse, and untimely death.
