Biden doesn't strike me as particularly wise either. Can't argue with his experience, but do we really want someone whose life experience from his 30s to his 70s is ENTIRELY politics? Do we really consider a lifetime of being a swamp creature to be a useful qualification for a job that requires, first and foremost, our TRUST? I'd much rather have an outsider, who actually represents the American people, and simply let him be advised by swamp creatures and he can decide whether to take their advice or not. Clearly their knowledge of government is important, but they also have a conflict of interest. Let someone _without_ a conflict of interest speak to them and sift the useful advice from the corrupt malfeasance.

Referencing dead people, “where’s Jackie?” (Jackie died 6 weeks earlier, which he knew about); recently referencing Francois Mitterrand, when he really meant Emmanuel Macron; reading every single word on the teleprompter when he should be filtering his speech vs the instructional text… these are simple things.
The recent phone interview where he stated how proud he is to be the first black woman in the White House, to serve with a black President.
These events alone, should be enough for Democrats to be concerned - yet responding with Trump this/Trump that statements, don’t make his cognitive issues go away.

    He states at 8:54 to 9:11 ...
"as voters ... do we want someone with more experience and more wisdom or do we want someone who (who) may be more resilient but they may make rash or (or) less informed uh decisions and I think ... that to me ... is ... what's going on right now ..."
With all due respect to the good doctor, that's not "what's going on right now".
If the current President is, in fact, exhibiting signs of whatever malaise it is - a form of dementia and/or Parkinson's and/or any other neurologic disorder, why is he talking about "more experience and more wisdom"?!
When a professional, whatever that profession is - medicine, dentistry, engineering, architecture, etc... puts aside their professionalism because of political ideology (whether Democrat, Republican or any other), I can't agree with that.

Some of the measures Dr. Bredesen recommends to prevent/slow/reverse Alzheimer's likely help with Lewy Body and other causes of dementia too, including that from Parkinson's. Check out some of his you tube interviews and google for articles and his books to get an idea how to help your sister-in-law...and will be useful to help many others as more and more family and friends and neighbors develop these conditions with aging.
A great little book from the standpoint of how one can respond to someone with dementia, of whatever cause, is "Creating Moments of Joy". Super simple read with 2-3 page quick chapters full to the brim with tips and insights from a woman who took in her mom with early dementia while she was raising her small children. And she became professionally involved in the field too. Very respectful - and practical.

It took 4 years from simple forgetting upcoming events to needing help dressing, eating, and being led around, to speaking issues to becoming non verbal to around the clock care to becoming immobile to bed ridden and then death. Fortunately she didn’t lose her family recognition until the very end and was well cared for in a nursing home the last 2 years. Biden is in year 2 in my opinion. Whatever diagnosis, he is unfit to be President for 4 more years.

Excellent Video Ms. Kelly! Dr. Dale Bredesen is blessed with an intellectually sound mind. 1 out of 3 people can have Parkinson while shedding a quantifiable measure of lucidity. Cognition "exists", as a neurological frequency , in cohesion with a cellular network which binds patterns throughout the mind. Inter relational "mutations" come into "being", as such was never said to exist, notwithstanding , such existence has been augmented through intangible variables. The "essence" of such proves "mutations" are a series of events. The variance of a cell must be void of "molecular distortions." Each cell in your body contains data. Once such data is corrupted, it can and will, be a "sub set of itself accumulating "downward pressure." Allow me to provide you with a "Pedestrian" example. A building has leak on the 5th floor. However, the leak could not be contained and dripped all the way down to the 2nd. Your body works the same way. Mutation accumulates as you go further into the sub molecular structure. Ms. Kelly, I would strongly urge you to interview any of the following doctors on whatever topic suits you. 1. Dr. David Martin 2. Dr. Peter McCullough 3.Dr. Bryan Ardis 4.Dr. Judy Mikovitz 5. Dr. Karen Kingston 6. Dr. Ana Mihalcea 7. Dr. Lee Merritt 8. Dr. Sherri TenPenny

Why do they make up so many excuses and try to say its something else then what it is. They are trying to make fools of us all. The only ones that are falling for all the lies are those that are delusional and vote for the party rather then a qualified person. They must all be living with their heads up their butts.
