RIP Judith - you were the voice of my childhood in the 1960’s. Still listening to your songs all the time. Feel devastated that part of my childhood has gone forever. Your voice was so pure and angelic.
This is the first i have been aware she has passed. I feel the same.

I was very much inspired by the lady beautiful voice when I was a child wonderful group.
The Wonderful Seekers-Judith Durham had the purest Crystal clear voice! Wonderful harmonies from all four Seekers. They were the first Australian group to make international fame .They were ahead of the Bee Gees

....takes me back to the late 19 60s when we were all young and starting out in life....Morning Town Ride belting out of the cassette player on the back seat of the Ford Anglia....recorded from a friend's LP no doubt....RIP Judith, your music is timeless and there will never be another you....
The Seekers is from my toddler's year in the 1960's. Now I am close to retirement. I enjoy every song from this great Australian group.
Thank you for everything Judith. You, Athol, Bruce and Keith were a part of my life -- and still are.

Fantastic group, brilliant songs, great musicians. Judith sadly passed recently, but she left us with great memories if you came from my era. Her voice was unique and carried the songs in a most fabulous way. She was beautiful outside and inside. We will never forget her. Their music will always carry well. They certainly do not make them like that anymore. Thanks to Seekers for the joy they have given to many over the years. You are all appreciated!

I miss keeping in touch with her because of Covid 19. If the Beatles were the Fab Four. The Seekers should be known as the Fantastic Four. They have entertained so, so many people worldwide 🌐. I am so touched to hear the song" Colours of my life ". It was composed by Judith Durham and sung by her. This compilation is indeed their greatest hits. But. There are so many more. I wish each member of the Seekers a healthy and loving life. So many people do not know what of Australian talent. Well. There are so many apparents. But. Amen to that🙏 the Seekers. I’ll never find another you’ sparked off our romance in 1965 & lived with us forever. We were married for 50 years when my husband passed but their immortal memory lives in in my heart. It is with great sadness to hear of the passing of Judith Durham- what a beautiful soul with a unique voice…. God bless her 💕

I know what you mean 😥 There was so much good music in the 60s that you jumped from one group to the next. Now since i heard about Judith dying and listening to the Seekers all over again i am heartbroken that i have missed so much of this wonderful lady’s voice 😥 x
I knew only Judith Durham via The Seekers last January of this year (2021). Feel being in a magical or fantasy space. Three days ago then again this day seen that Judith has died in 2018. I can't believe 'coz theirs an event in 2019 that she's present. Whatever I don't want to do a research. The Seekers esp Judith is still alive as they were singing late 60's. In case, I'll have a peaceful death seeing and hearing there best songs and concerts in my last day

Their songs will live on. Her voice is forever. Even if the Carnival is over, the Seekers and their songs live on. Rest In Peace Judith.
Judith epitomised everything that was great about the swinging 60's. She had the most beautiful unmistakable voice ever heard on record, TV, radio or live. She was drop dead gorgeous without even trying. Flat heels, minimal make-up, covered from neck to knees but swaying from side to side, hands on hips, while recording "I'll never find another you" at the Abbey Road studios was a master class to any current wannabee. Talent & class always beats computer aided dross.
Those of us who lived with the music of The Seekers were so lucky and will now have to make do with the countless opportunities available on social media to relive those times.
