Including cheaper variants is really cool of you. There shouldn’t be a paywall keeping people from looking good and expressing themselves through fashion. And people shouldn’t feel that a brand name is what makes the outfit. Stay well brother.
There is no paywall when you shop second hand. I am consistently one of the best dressed of my friends and 85% of my closet is thrifted or found at a garage or estate sale
@@VersaNotVice I’ve got a few. Nothing too crazy, I’m not into flashy clothes, more classic looks but I’ve got a couple pairs of Tommy Hilfiger slacks and I’ve got a Hugo boss suit that I bought used for a cousin’s wedding and had it tailored to fit me. Most of my stuff however is what I’d call standard fashion, jeans, tee shirts, hoodies, flannels. Not a lot of people know how to style clothes tho, they think the more expensive it is the better they’re gonna look but that’s not true in the slightest, most people I see that are dressed head to toe in designer look like they fell into their hamper and came back up dressed like they own a 2001 Mercedes and still flex it. Just trying too hard
@@tatemadsen1776 i don't think the more expensive the better it looks i agree with you styling is the most important thing, i just thought because u said thrifting maybe you have found some archive designer pieces, also i didn't mean flashy like tommy or gucci or stuff like that, i meant more like underground or avant garde brands like old cdg pieces, rick owens etc.
@@VersaNotVice you find some more low key designer clothes every once in a while. But 85% of the stuff I find is worn out Levi’s or second hand t shirts. But the stuff you seem to be looking for is definitely out there
The "uncomfortable" pair are uncomfortable due to them being all leather. It takes a while for leather to break in but once they do theyll last longer and will be as comfortable as others.
The timing on this insane, literally encapsulated my current footwear ambitions within the first 2 seconds😂 Always been a sneaker guy but picked up some Prada loafers the other day, can’t wait to style them
One thing I've noticed is that as I'm getting older I tend to choose comfort over fashion. So a good combination of both comfort and fashion is the way to go.
One of the reasons why I wear Doc. Marten reps. Comfortable yet fashionable but still cheap enough to not be acting like a goof to avoid creasing it. Rep quality is outstanding these days.
Definitely need some different flavors in the wardrobe as I get older. I’m in love with sneakers but adding boots, loafers, casual loafers, dress loafers, etc have definitely helped me expand my wardrobe for a lot of different occasions. This is some of the most helpful content on YT. Big ups🫡
Bro you could not post this on a better time you saved me i was looking for something like the loro piana cashmere summer walks and these scarosso are basically the same protect this man at all cost😂
Love your videos I've always been diff with the way I dress and sorta the trens setter in my crew but that was high school in 20s now in my 30s and ready for another faze your videos popped up and I love em. I'm literally obsessed the way you put shit together is dope ASF. I'm a huge accessories guy so the ring stackig and diff combos is CRAZY to me. The bracelets. Shades. Even the simple beanie. What I'm tryna say is your great. Love the videos. And thank you for all the tips you give us to help us express our creative styles
My son rocks those first loafers with the hard sole and metal buttons but his have more of a lug boot sole. They look nice with his fits but I can tell they're uncomfortable. I need those grays and those blacks. I'm naturally a sneaker man but I love loafers too.
How did you size your Toga loafers compared to your sneaker size? I am usually a 10.5 - 11 in Nike and Adidas but a 44 in Toga rubber sole loafers were TIGHT.
Not sure where you go those loafers from as far as the black pair however, most well made loafers are going to be soft. You can even get unlined loafers that will still have a Goodyear welt construction and a thin sole for summer. In the winter months I would not really recommend loafers however, if you insist on wearing them then a pair of Alden or Allen Edmonds would be a good start. The Goodyear welt construction would allow the shoe to be recrafted when the heel or the sole wears down. Additionally, there is no one shoe design that does all feet either. The best shoe makers have what is called a " last" which is a design language for a specific type of shoe. The last will have a specific foot design in mind that will accommodate a particular foot profile. As such get to know what "last"will work for you and stick with it. Most good shoemakers will have a brief description of each last they offer and the corresponding styles.
How would you describe the fit for the toga virilis, ive been meaning to buy myself a pair of loafers or even there boots. Im a uk8 from solovair 8 eye derbys if that helps abit
It's so funny seeing this as a woman Like to me all these are really comfy Obviously women's shoes involve high heels, and even without that tight toe boxes, etc etc So these shoes even the supposed uncomfortable ones are really comfy for us haha
I would love to wear loafers but it hurts the back of the ankle part. Is there something wrong with the sizing I do? I have a euro size 43 and 44, both of them hurts the back of my ankle. I wear loafer with no socks or with shows. The back of my ankle gets scratched and bleeds. Please help me on what I should do. I really wanted to have a great loafer soon.
I need those comfier loafers for a casual street wear fits, I can't use my brown stiff -now broken in-loafers, because I only use them for formal events or when I'm wearing some slacks that match the shoe. Thanks a lot
I’m here bc I have those exact togas and it feels like I stepped in a bear trap after wearing. I have room in my toes I could prob go a size up but damn idk if I have it in me to break these in lol

Yes but to be fair, this is for those first timers. You really got to commit to wearing full leather shoes
