- đ±đ„€I started this whole juicing thing and, honestly, it's been life changing for me. In the video, I'm sharing how I got into it, and why I'm hooked. Got a shoutout for my Nama J2 juicer too - it makes this new obsession of mine easy to do.
But it's not all perfect - I'm also talking about some of the not-so-great stuff I ran into with juicing. You know, keeping it 100.

Fantastic Yesha! I've only ever did a 21 day Juice only fast in December 2018 when I was at my lowest health-wise, I am an alcoholic (sadly still) But back then I had Liver, Kidney, and Digestive issues (Blood in stool etc.) After Day 4 on Juice I felt like a new man! Sadly since then I've gone back to my old ways, but this has inspired me along with other people talking about Juicing that I really wanna start again and get on the path! I want to start soon and would love to get my wife on board too at some stage, she calls fruit and veggies: Rabbit food haha, so she has a way to go! I feel everyone on earth would benefit from going back to nature, sadly as you know the brainwashing and conditioning is pure evil, we need to go back to nature!
