The room card activated lights is actually common here in the US too. The Hyatt has a line of eco-friendly hotels that have them. So happy to live vicariously through you all, thanks for the vlogs! 🎉
They even have those in the Philippines.
Yeah I've had to use them for many years in the hotels in the UK but I honestly thought they were brought over from the States.
