Nah, the first gen is the worst, it looks like melted cheese. The second Gen is my favorite it looks extremely clean and crisp. The third Gen looks to aggressive in my opinion, too Lamborghini like.

I agree that the first generation is the best looking, maybe I'm a bit biased because I grew up when it was new so to me it still doesn't look old. I also like the first generation because of the manual transmission

I own a gated V10. I was absolutely elated the day I picked up my dream car. It's appreciated $35-40k since I've owned it but I don't ever plan on selling it! Lambo are the cooler brand, but I get enough attention as it is. Save the manuals!

Yes. Bought a V10 Spyder MK1 as my daily. It's calm when you want it to. And it's a hooligan when you pressed the Sport button. It always brings a smile on my face.

Manual R8 are sooo hard to find and sells for a premium. I would love to pick one up with the V8 which feels lighter and more of a porsche C2/C4S competitor

I still find my Maserati Spyder a great daily drive even for an Italian exotic, has the same engine as my Ferrari but more useable day to day drive just would have preferred the manual but "cambriocorsa" was all the rage in those days but love the classic art deco Guigario design - and still almost hits 200 mph while in the loveliest interior and much more rare than an Audi - but credit to Audi for making the car from I Robot - loved the design and wanted a TT because of it but bought the Peugeot RCZ rather as it has better lines and so much more quirky

The R8’s have earned their place. They certainly have a unique look. But... they never did much for me (as a Porsche fan). Oddly though, I absolutely love their four door saloon ... the S8. Those turn my head. But as far as affordable (cheapest) Supercars... I’d go Jaguar F-Type R, , an SL55,, an M5, a Viper, a used Gallardo/F430/Vantage ...of the most obvious... a 911. After all.... ‘Styles’ always change. True ‘Style’ never changes. Like yourself. Thanks for the video.

The r8 is the best supercar in the used market cuz you get newish technology but with traditional supercar caracteristics like a naturally aspirated engine and a gated manual
