For those wondering. The MediaTek MTK5G-C is the MediaTek Dimensity 1000C that was used on the T-Mobile LG Velvet. It's a 2020 processor that was capable. Geekbench scores put this processor at 601 for single core and 2365 for multicore. AnTuTu scores for the LG Velvet with this chip were 357,822 that puts it above the 765G on AnTuTu.
The one thing I noticed about the phone as a person owns one is that it takes a minute for the phone to adjust the camera so it's not as hazy and fuzzy for some reason
Except for the price. You will get one possible software update on the A22 as well as the Celero. The A22 does use a Helio G70 while the Celero uses a Dimensity 1000c chip which will make a huge difference in performance for these 2. Again personal preference perhaps but I would definitely take that Celero.
Hmmm this phone actually looks more like the Galaxy A22 5G. Same screen size, same chipset and all that. The screen quality would be better on the Samsung though. And the A22 support dual sim+sd card. Great video 👍
for me i got the celero because I desperately needed a new phone for job searching at the time & yes the uninstalling pre download apps & all is annoying but other than that, it's not bad. just simply deleting ghaoe other apps that i don't use and I'm good to go & definitely didn't know it was a Budget phone 😅
I had that same problem another phone and never did resolve it. I put Microsoft's launcher on it of all things, and it fixed it. Actually made my phone operate faster as well.
At the end of your review, you say the $25 annual plan is a 12GB plan. Isn't it an unlimited plan with 12GB of hotspot data? There may be a high speed mobile data limit of 35GB (I haven't read the fine print lately). And when I was looking at those annual plans over a month ago, they were for new customers only. I was using an old Virgin Mobile phone without VoLTE and had to upgrade my phone and plan. Boost wouldn't let me carry my old Virgin number to the annual plans. I'm now with Mint Mobile.
I currently have the Moto G Pure phone from Boost, and after several years, really need to upgrade. When the new phone arrives, do I simply put in the old SIM card from the old one into the new one to switch over? Is there anything else I have to do? Boost does a terrible job of answering these questions.
I live in New Zealand but visit parts of the USA often on vacation and to save money on roaming I was thinking of getting a US prepaid plan on my eSIM my New Zealand iPhone 12 Pro will only work on T-Mobile or AT&T in the USA which one would you recommend. Another option that came up recently was an offer made to me by one of my Dad's friends in Los Angeles who offered to add me to his T-Mobile plan while I'm in the USA. I'm not sure what to go with for future visits whether to get my own prepaid plan from T-Mobile or AT&T or take my Dad's friend up on his offer.
I suggest you consider US Mobile GSM LTE, which uses T-Mobile for coverage. Affordable rates and a good app. T-Mobile Prepaid will also work well if you'd like to activate a prepaid plan on eSIM.
@@StetsonDoggett Thanks for your assistance with finding my a good plan to use on my eSIM when I visit the USA. A friend of mine just moved to a place in Texas and has emailed me some info on two pland one from T-Mobile and one from AT&T, I had a good look at them and though it will cost me $90 USD I like the look of the AT&T PREPAID Unlimited Plus plan with the international plus add on so I can call either of my parents or my sister if needed while we are in the USA
5 watt adapter?!?! I stopped the video at 1:06 for right now & will continue watching it later. The 1st thing I would want to know is how long does it take for the phone to fully charge. 2nd, if a person used a wall plug that had a higher # of watts, would the phone go into "fast charge' mode? www.boostinfinite.com/shop/celero-5g-000792.html -- don't have time to relisten to what he said about the battery, but here's a link to the technical specs of the phone
That phone also lasts for hours with playing games I plays my COD Mobile on it 9 hours straight without it dying you can also play fortnight on it. I wish my iPhone last like this phone but nooo my iPhone gets hot and dies in just 1 hours. Just don’t like the camera on it.
Once you start downloading stuff on it it will occasionally reboot to factory setting hard reset menu then just sit there n be stuck on it I had this phone and won’t ever go back to it again
Received are a waste cause people think they should be made just for them. No phone has all good reviews. Why cause we are all spoiled. Love to see perfect phone lol. Toodles

Finally a new Stetson video.

The Celero 5G is technically a rebadged Samsung Galaxy A22 5G, but with a different 'stock' Android skin in place.

I didn't realize that until you said it

I've had the phone for 18 months no problems. Fine for a $20 upgrade.

Why You love this phone ? It's good ?
Maybe recessed button helps not butt dial. Think about it
How do I get the Google search bar off the home screen? I can't hold and move it or remove it from the home screen. Please help!
I had that same problem another phone and never did resolve it. I put Microsoft's launcher on it of all things, and it fixed it. Actually made my phone operate faster as well.
Also looks similar to the moto g stylus 2021
Stetson, like always thank you for the well polished and concise review.
Can you please review the Visible Midnight phone?

You are correct! I am mistaken. It is a 35GB plan with 12GB of hotspot data. I must have seen the 12GB and said that instead of the 35GB.
What you think when you put sim in

I don't not like my celero I had to factory reset my phone several times
Can't get the SD card to work.

Cell phone is flaky as all hell. Not reliable.......
>>antenna bands
Now get your hands on the new model
What they fail to mention is that if you happen to crack your screen, there is absolutely NO REPLACEMENT or repair available for this phone.
A screen replacement would probably cost as much as just buying a new one.
Screen protectors and cases exist
@@nyckid1112 Not when I purchased the phone. I checked and they hadn't had them at the time available. Of course now you can find them.
