I LOVE creamy scrambled eggs! My family uses heavy cream or evaporated milk... about 1T per egg. Also... have to throw in some cheese! Spices.. a pinch of onion pwdr, smidge of turmeric and Cajun spice for a small kick. Topped with finely chopped green onion or dill. Mommas best eggs! I guess it is all about what you grew up on and what your pallet likes!!🥰

Yep, the secret to fluffy scrambled eggs is to keep them moving from the second the edges start to set just barely, until they're almost as done as you want them. Then get them out of the pan. They'll continue to firm up for half a minute more. The other secret to delicious eggs (no matter how you cook them) is to use eggs from the happiest and healthiest free-range and organic-fed hens!

I whip them up very well also. Only difference im my technique, is, I do add a dash of milk or cream, plus i add the soft butter directly into my eggs first, before you add them into the pan.. You fry the eggs, milk & butter mix in a warm butter n oil coated frothy non stick fry pan.. They come out bangin, Gina.. Add salt & pepper to taste before eating . They are the bomb Gina..
