@@luxurylureofficial9078 you never know. We just had a sales agent reach out to us Friday because a brand new 2/2 villa ( brand new) went back on the market, under 500k. They found another buyer by the end of the day but you just never know. Plus, some more established areas have lower price points too!

I'm a second genderation Floridian, grew up in east Pasco county. I lived in Tampa, Miami and moved to Los Angeles 40 years ago. This video is VERY accurate, and add to that very low wages and rampant supression of LGBTQ, Black people and "immigrants" and I am SO glad that I no longer live in the overpopulated hell hole that Florida has turned into. It's not even "cheap" anymore, taxes and high insurance for homes, it's awful. California is not that "expensive" when you factor in these costs.

It's relative. Worse drivers I've ever seen were in Illinois 😬🤯, and I have been to Florida numerous times. But I can't get over how awful a lot of Illinois drivers can be 😅.
@@AO-qv5hl Could be, been to Illinois and still pick Florida. None the less people need to get better at driving. I hope for world peace and someone to use a blinker here...not sure in which order i prefer lol.
@@rami9712 Yeah there's a lot of bad drivers anywhere you go for sure! Not a lot of people have patience anymore. Seems everyone is just angry all the time unfortunately. I suppose world peace would have to come first at this point lol. Be safe and well out there!

I am shocked that you do not mention the politics in Florida. It is very important to a lot of people to have a representative that is morally and ethically aligned with your personal beliefs. Personally I would love to move to Florida. I can handle all the things you mentioned in this video. But I could never live in a state with a terrible, hateful, human as governor.
