If I ever get anxious, I always try to tell myself that I’m in control and it my choice if I put the power into the feeling of anxiety by allowing it to take control... so though I may have the feeling of anxiety there, I don’t allow myself to pay attention to it and thus I am in control and I do something else to take my mind off of it, and then it slowly goes 🤍 it’s a technique that’s worked for me, I hope it does for you too🥰
