I watched two times in one sitting out of about 4 times. I didn't mentioned any fake special effects. It is worthy to watch for horror/gore movies' lovers and it is sad that imdB score is low. Not for a faint heart. Be careful, don't watch. I am very weak on human/animals' torture, but I am surprised that I survived 4 h 27 mins two times! Andrey Iskanov did a great work. Room 237, watch his movie "Nails".
I mentioned Nails in this, already aware of it. Thank you for addressing me by channel name… it’s not the most graphic and most of the effects are pretty shotty looking. The whole thing is fake, it’s a movie, not a documentary

Depends on the content. There’s movies I love that push 4 hours and it’s a breeze. There real documentaries that are longer and goes by like nothing
