Wow thank you so much. One of the many reasons I hate my ZTE blade is the volume everything is low. This really helped a lot. Now I don't have to put the speaker or the mouth piece near my ear to hear.

I had this happen to me in the new James Bond movie. So if you have an alarm you must delete it or while phone is off or on silent the alarm will still go off

As always good job but I do have a question do you have problems with the volume when you are making a call at times when I go to make a call the volume goes low which I don't understand I do have my Dolby on but it still gets low I would just be on CZcams or whatever playing nice and loud but than I would get a call and the volume would drip low just see if the only one. Also do you know if the blade zmax will be getting a new update?

I have that volume problem two and that's never happened on my other ZTEs
I have the blade and the one thing that annoys me is the Google Assistant pops up whenever I'm watching a video or a podcast and I can't seem to turn it off can you make a video if you know how to turn that off thanks.

Scroll until you see Google then click on it and hit disable

I bought a zete blade vantage last December. First phone I ever had that I couldn’t damn answer. Which kinda defeats the purpose of having a phone. That experience was the final straw for me and Android phones after being a faithful user for 8 years and putting up with their storage issues. In June I made the switch to iPhone 📱 and I couldn’t be happier!!!
You are judging the android os by using a ZTE phone...that's like judging a Rolls Royce using a yugo car..and switching to iPhone is such a lame move ...iphones are for numb skulls

Another way to get louder volume is to turn off Dolby Audio. I think it sounds better as well.
i've seen press and hold bring up a sub-menu on some icons, how do you activate this? press and hold only lets me drag and drop?

Volume hack is awesome!
I've been using Dolby Sound pretty much as long as I've had my phone, but one flaw is if you're watching videos and turn the volume down and you pause or it buffers, when the video starts again the volume will be completely turned up again! It's still way better with Dolby Sound, but just make a note of that when you don't wanna cause a disturbance!

I have a ZTE z5 something 16gig memory I just have reg apps installed and it already takes up most of memory I do have a micro SD card also just not happy at all with it I need bigger screen like my note 3 and note 5 loved the fingerprint lock on note 5 but can't find any decent priced many suggestions

On the Dolbe Audio, anybody know how to adjust the bass (for example) higher, and it stays? I know you can adjust the sliders up, but when I manually adjust the bass even higher, I get a good booming bass sound, however it will go back down.

Any ideas on in call mic volume. I've had 3 ZTE bade Sparks and everyone complains about not being able to hear me, both cell and VOIP calls. The phone seems to work fine for everything except as a phone. If I use a Bluetooth Mike it's ok but not the phone on speaker mode or off speaker mode.

On mine I can go on settings and I can disable notifications on specific apps.
I ran e mode I did the tests but I didn't see any tests for checking for mal Ware or viruses
I realized the like average phones are hella expensive and the other ones are so cheap :o

I've got a 'ZTE ZMax One 4G LTE' that came with an FM app that works, however it doesn't show RDS information.
When I run the '*983*0#' it lists everything like your screen (1m52s) EXCEPT for the FM after the Headset Test!! Note, I didn't have to enter Emergency-Mode.
