Buddy, you had to be included at the beginning... you are a genius with your content, and those WISH videos are just brilliant and funny... not anyone can pull that side of dry humour, but you nailed it... but it's your other videos I love too, like when scratching the titanium, damn that was thrilling... I really try and spread myself to watch others content, and also try and watch your live shows with the gang... just noticed you all have beards, maybe call yourselves ZZ-Times :))))
The dark side to this video is a side that doesn't sit well with me, and if someone took your WISH ideas for themselves, then I would do the same for you with support.... fishy is very light, more like a whole fishing boat :-P

Had to finish on your soundtrack my friend, and those hanging strings are looking so so cool... buddy, I have to say, your channel is really progressing quickly... you have a kind bushy face which needs to be seen, I am sometimes, but I prefer the hands to talk LML :-P I still love your intro, best intro still in my opinion.
I really support the best I can, and the community is very important, but when someone isn't playing nice, then that gets my whiskers taut on a freshly shaven chin... I really don't understand why, he has talent, so why not just show where the credit came from... there's nothing wrong reading someones lines, but just add the creator and the respect would be given.

Thank you for the shout out, I refer you whenever I can as one of the most entertaining and informative CZcamsrs. Keep up the great work! You've given some great channel recommendations, I always make sure to tune in to the ones you point out. Really surprised about Urban Gentry. I've never looked at what we do as a competitive platform, we are all trying to help people while loving our hobby. I have yet to be denied a request to use a photo, or portion of video as you have assisted with. I believe in giving credit and recommendations when someone is nice enough to do so. If I was denied, I would respect it. I hope his video the message across.

Some take the CZcams side making it a goal to be a hit with subs and views, and it's evident that many channels are paying to get that, but if that's their way and they can live with the fact they've not grown their channel with an organic following, then something is missing! I always give a mention to anyhting that I use, and I also enjoy sharing other channels too, it's no competition for me, it's a passionate hobby, but some of my watches are tools, and aren't just for the looks :-P Thanks again my friend :))
Phil , massive thanks for the shoutout and I will be sure to check out many of the other channels you have found here. Didn’t know there were so many! As for TGV well it’s an odd one but I’m guessing after the parting of him and watch box plus the rumour that they owned the rights to his channel. I’m not surprised if he is hunting other channels for ideas it’s just a shame because @ Watch Crazy does not have the same huge audience to benefit from the ad revenue.
My friend you’re putting the most work into your videos, as each one is like a Haynes manual for a Mini Cooper 1275GT... your clasp video is nearly on 1 million hits, and good reason.
I remember our early chats about getting that 4000hrs thinking it’s so far away, but what a wonderful community... your Facebook group is brilliant, sorry I don’t post more often, but am liking and commenting when I can ;)
That’s interesting they own his channel, and he never said the real reason why they sacked him, all that buildup and then nothing!
Watch Crazy has such a great way of presenting, and always covers it differently, but he puts a lot of time behind his content, so I really understand how this must feel.

@@WatchUP69MrRangeman Man I hope there are some watch fairs this year... been 12 months now since the last one, they have been cancelled ever since. The clasp video is a total anomaly. I cant get my head around why YT picked this one to go viral. It has now gone past 1 million and my next best is 66k so its a quantum leap difference. I just keep plugging away, I hoped my Pogue video would do better but you cant choose which will take off. So now its just the numbers, produce more content.... Did to YT Shorts last week as this is apparently the new thing but like TikTok portrait 60 seconds or less. They flopped.!
@@MyRetroWatches I’ve seen a few of those shorts, but for me anything under 45mins is a blink LML ;-P That video was brilliant, and it got shared thus why the hits, plus all those cleaning product adverts that love videos like this ;)
1 million already, didn’t look that long ago, so that’s amazing.
No watch fairs last year, but glad I met the gang on my birthday... hope I can get a BBQ and hot tub watch party this summer, Alan’s first time in a hot tub, so was very special ;)
We’re all solid with the friendship, so a year or so won’t split us up!

TGV clearly has his own agenda and as I’ve just said in the comments it’s a shame he will benefit from your ideas more than you will. Equally it can turn 360 and then people loyal to his channel will think you are stealing his ideas.
I’d try to throw him a lemon somehow and give him a false idea.

You know years ago I put out a video on the Hamilton Khaki mechanical. I was pretty proud of it and considered it one of my first real successes. Didn't get a ton of views, but it was one of the first videos that rose to #1 when someone searched for it. Less than a month later TGV put out his own version of it and killed me in the search rankings. Then some other channels picked up on the watch and made their own as well, which drove it down even further.
At the time I just figured it was bad luck with the timeing, but who knows.
My dear friend, it's the least I can do for the quality of content you produce, and the journey through every watch you review covers every fine detail :)
Trying to shout-out everyone without making a long video would've made it too long, so decided to make it punchy and fun leaving those watching curious about their content so there's no choice but to venture to those channels :)
Your certainly chose a great watch with regards to the Khaki, and because of that and how popular it became, it's only going to attract more who want the same... slowly you fall on the list, and the bigger channels swallow the rewards more... as long as your content wasn't taken it'll always be unique to you, and there isn't another you, mind you, Just the Watch is like your brother, but you sing in harmony which I really enjoy the most about you two :)
I know G-Shocks get a nice amount of views, but I also enjoying filming other brands, even if those views are small, as this covers everyone, because it's not always about views, it's about making viewers enjoy your content :)
I have a few videos I like to cover, and I know it won't get thousands of views, but the passion is what keeps the fire burning to make them.
Our friendship continues over the years, and it's just wonderful to have met you and many more like you sharing this addiction to little clocks on the wrist... Yes, I said little clocks LML LML :-P

Great video, I had to explain to my 10 year old son why he could not just copy completely some one else’s videos and content for his CZcams channel..... at least he now ‘gets it’ unlike some... 😤...... ps my G-Shocks are doing well... and definitely have a fav for everyday... Cheers for your comment my friend... If you're using content which makes up for the majority of the video, then asking the creator is a must, as you can support each other, but making it your own is what stands your content from others, and I prefer the more natural style, just has more warmth :)

Cheers my friend... I've taken a huge step away from CZcams video creating... I'm really the most into adventures, and also I have many other hobbies I enjoy, and even if I enjoy filming and helping, I just didn't want to spend many many many and many hours at my PC... so make videos when my passion has time, rather than force making videos... many channels are about making money from CZcams, and to me, has a case of fakers all over it... I'm not going to spoil it for myself and make it a job... I want to remain honest and true to my friends and subs, and maybe I'm missing out making a few thousand more a month, but I have my morals as I'm not a user!
I have a new watch for review, and it needs time to create the perfect review, as I like to cover the side that isn't spoken about, as i I like to be original the most :)

If I'm being honest, I never liked TGV. The first time I saw a video from him, it wasn't done right. Too much drama involved for a watch review. Then I found WatchGeek along with your channel and some others and I got hooked. The production quality is to the point.
PS: I never knew that Mrs. Rangeman delivered watches in her pastime :P

@@WatchUP69MrRangeman I haven't travelled that much as well lol so its no due to that. I just like to do a bit more research on models that I like. I found WatchGeek when I was searching to buy an AE-1000W. His tutorial was super neat and he explained the relation between that watch and the movie it appeared in great detail.
Tbh, I only watched like one video of TGV and that was an F-91W and never came back to the channel again so I don't really know what he's upto these days. That one video really put me off.
@@traviswalker8933 One video is usually enough to decide if it’s for you... Watch Geek seems to tutorial in one take, which I’ve tried, but very difficult for my dyslexia, so I film in blocks, like all of the alarm features... but as I’m familiar with G-Shocks, it’s very natural for me, and I really like the depth of detail Watch Geek goes to, especially with those macro shots... would be great to have something like that on my channel, but using it to really see the icons on LCD for an example.

@@WatchUP69MrRangeman now WatchGeek is open about the equipment he uses to film so you can get the macro lens he uses for those shots. Would be a nice change for the channel and yes, he has come a long way and does the tutorials in one take. Before he used to do them in multiple takes as English is not his main language

Yes, I watch his content from quite some time. The videos are ambient, relaxing and kind of nostalgic. Hard to find/know they exist some of the time-pieces this guy presents. Always thumbs up on the episodes.

I've seen a good selection of his videos, and they always seem well presented, but knowing what he's doing without giving credit isn't part of a community... I'm not a fan of what he's done!

TGV is a high speed train that takes you from one city to the next safely... The other TGV (Urban Gentry) takes your wallet, passport and luggage and runs LML :-P

Watch up do you know why GGB-B100’s light is brighter then GWG-1000 aren’t it gonna kill the battery sooner ?
Hey buddy...
The GWG-1000 was released in 2016 so would have the tech back then, and I'm sure nothing has changed.
The GG-B100 was released in 2020 so will have more later tech. With regards to the backlighting, this has improved greatly, but don't think brightness is better, as night time the light will be much brighter on darker exposure.
The Backlights have some new developments now, with the new SMD LED's some have the projector lens over them, much like a cyclops, so it shines further, but also the energy side, LED's of today use much less power.
The GG-B100 has some very up to date electronics, and not only faster but less power thirsty, the Bluetooth uses hardly anything to run compared to MB6 which is very hungry, but also with regards to the sensor side... more compact means less power in my mind. To know exactly the types of LED's used, that'll require some searching, but asking CASIO won't find the answer, as they want spares from themselves I'm sure :-P
So don't think one is better than the other, but with regards to modern G-Shocks, would a brightness level be needed? For me this is just adding complications that makes it more involving, unless it's done in a intuitive way, and it needs to remain away from the smart side lost importantly... hope that helps a little :))

Now, I’m thinking the backlight on the GG-B100 is brighter than my GPW-2000!
I do use these backlights as a torch, and I’m not joking with you, so if you’re partner is a vampire, you won’t be popular LML ;-P
They don't refer to TGV as Rodent for nothing. He has been doing this for years, nothing new here. Watchbox got rid if him for good reasons.
That was one awkward interview with Tim from WatchBox... and the comments to that video are left hanging still... looking on his channel, the comments are all lovely and dreamy, even I leave the trolling ones, sometimes pin them to the top LML :-P
So, why did WatchBox dump him, love a little gossip LML :-P

@@patricko9170 I have a feeling he wants to have his own dials made with regards to Long Island Watches... being honest, he's a turd for taking material and kind of creepy awkward smooth and Mark doesn't need that image. I've watched Federico, but he's really just rolling around with the same things which isn't my interest, but he was out in his Ferrari in a later video which was enjoyable, so that made a nice difference.
If I want to see some luxury I found a really great guy called Swiss Watch Gang czcams.com/users/SwissWatchGangvideos the video with the macro camera was insane.. but he's such a warming guy to watch :)

I’ve heard of this sadly even before I bump into you muddy lot. He is not liked at all and gave me a 30 day ban on his forum for posting a video…. Ops pmsl so I left anyway. Bizarrely I’d been posting videos for a long time and then got banned they must have been blind lol . We really know still better CZcams does it than external but every share and all . Watch crazy has been very kind and commented on my nonsense too lol he sounds very English lol
He's just in it for the gain it seems... and it still continues with taking word for word content making it like his own... he's talented, but as a person, he's a turd LML :-P
