I think Emanuel Wilson is the biggest loser this past year. Shines in the preseason and as soon as AJ33 gets hurt he has a shoulder injury and completely misses his chance to show what heâs got. Now Marshawn Lloyd and Josh Jacobs are here and heâs on the outside looking in
Not really a loser b cause he did show and will definitely find a roster spot.witj another team.
We didn't cut Wilson, he could still make the team over Dillon. He has to make the most of his preseason snaps.
Might still make the roster but if not with the Packers, someone will give him a shot elsewhere.

I'm a die hard packer fan and as much as it kills me to admit it the bears did amazing job acquiring some very talented players this year... also hate the vikings more now bcuz they took #33 from us.

The biggest winner post draft is coach Hafley. 2 all-SEC linebackers and 3 senior bowl safeties (two of which were voted as the best defensive specialists on their respective teams). All of these players can hit and run, play with their hair on fire and have a lot of versatility. Incredible blitzers too. He is so happy.
Exited to see what Hafley can do with his new toys.
@@Python_Bacon As well as all the talent already on this D. Literally no excuses for not having a top 10 D all around with all this talent. Considering the positive things Hafley has been part of in different places in the past, I have faith he can make it happen here.
As long as we never have to see Newman step on the field, we'll all be winners!

@@JaireSZN Yeah, Iâm just looking at the increased importance of kick returns this year, nice chance to gain an advantage.
I really loved Javon Bullardâs tape. I loved the way he played, loved the playstyle. I loved the versatility. Heâs a physical guy. He can run. He can cover. He can play deep. He can play in the slot. He can blitz. Heâs bigger when you see him. Heâs thick, strong. The best part of it is, you donât really know what youâre getting until you get into a meeting room with him. Javon Bullardâs a sharp player. His ability to learn and process during those 2 days was impressive. When you get a player who can play that fast and can take what he learned in the meeting room and bring it out onto the field, and heâs got a chance. Small little glimpse of what weâre going to get when they get here, but Iâm pretty excited we were able to get Javon Bullard. In my opinion he was the biggest winner alongside Edgerrin Cooper and Marshawn Lloyd. Go Pack Go đđđđ

I think winning on defense maybe Copper. And maybe on the offensive is Marshon Lloyd

I would love to watch a video on the packers coaching staff. Lafleur brought Tom Clements back who has been great for Love. Ryan Mahaffey was just promoted to wide receiver coach. How much is Adam Stevanick helping out with the play calling? Finally who is Jeff Hafley surrounding himself around?
I feel like Gutey saw what happened when the Packers only had a couple stars and no depth (Rodgers, Adams, Jaire)
Now he does the opposite, this roster seems pretty well stacked and doesnât have a glaring weakness. Not a ton of star power, but a lot of depth at all positions to make up for it

Didnât realize that Dillon contract was so favorable to the Packers. Will be interesting to see if Dillon can survive. I would be that itâs a combination of both Lloyd and Wilson, and how they do. If both the young guys are looking good Iâd bet that Dillon is cut.

I could be completely wrong about Valentine, but I think he could develop into a shutdown corner in one more year. His reminds me of Sammy Shields.
also if the receiver room has an injury a good replacement can be had at the end of pre-season if willing to give a draft pick
Valentine is my biggest winner I like him being our CB2
I feel the Packers got more offensive linemen also to get more physical. The pass blocking for Love was very good last year as we were ranked in the top five but the run blocking was below average. The linemen we got in the draft have shown to be maulers. We struggled at times on third and one running the football. Teams are gonna try to stop our passing attack with the weapons we have so that means we gotta establish the run and with the new pieces we got it can happen.
Losing Jones is a negative for Love. His pass pro was insane for his size. Hopefully the new OL guys step up quickly.
For his size maybe, but it wasn't great overall. Watch some film of AJ Dillon pass blocking. He stonewalls guys.
He weighs 250. Would like to think he a stonewall, but Dillion blocking is mid to say the guy is 250
Losing Jones hurts love because of his receiving ability. Live didn't catch fire.until Jones returned to line up. But Marshawn Lloyd has real cat j and go potential which Jacobs doesn't
@@brettnivinski8421 Josh Jacobs is possibly a better receiver than Jones. He just hasn't been used that way. But go and watch the film, he is very dangerous in the pass game.
@@lep33 OK, but he isn't going to go on a crash diet so he will continue being the best pass blocking RB on the roster by a large margin and that is valuable.

His going to have to out perform Josh but if Josh is going to be the 1 headed into the season Lloyd might not see the field unless the offense looks completely different and better with him in when he gets his chance. Lots of competition in the running back room.
@Nightwing300 yeah, Josh will Finnish his contract then Lloyd will take over, that's why I said future. As long as he keeps up what he's doing he gonna be just like Jonesy. But alot can happen in 4 years
@@Lilmickcrocodiledundee0001 Joshâs contract is a year to year contract. Josh isnât locked into a long term deal. His contract isnât player friendly. How i worded my comment is exactly the situation the running back room is in. AJ could out preform both unlikely and highly doubtful but I think they just moved him to FB.

It seems to be a popular sentiment but I will predict Tom will never play center unless forced to due to injury. You donât move a future all pro tackle inside. That would be a poor move.
I think they move Bullard to nickle box and deep safety rotate it in and out

Maybe Emmanuel Wilson is the loser. Team only has 3 TE's so maybe Dillon is H-back. He's also good at pass pro and as a pass catcher. Maybe he's used in short yardage or as a FB...just saying.

@TimSpangler-rd6vs I know right, he has the tools to be an All-Pro. Just look how he finished the 2022 season only touches ball 3 to 4 times a game but 3 of em are TDs. Dude is a beast n can't wait to see him as #1 option.

@@patrickturk8957 he may be cut because he gets beat out, he has underperformed in his role. A guy that big and strong needs to break tackles and get the hard yardage. He has been very inconsistent in doing that.
