NY is so beautiful. Spend a night in Times Square full of people wonderful esp during Christmas season I think she is kind of exaggerating or by not visiting most of the parts of it. The bryani which they sell will be very yummy tough. East Asian bryani we love it. She has to experience all those . She has to travel from Seattle and spend few days in and around Niagara tok along with NY. I’m surprised to see her saying this ..
It’s my unsolvable doubt from long time that some of our families and friends moves to some foreign countries and stays for many years but whenever we ask about the life over there , they just tell negative replies and blame that country hard to live .. but at the same time they continue to stay there without back to India and earn more money..

The reality is that we get used to expenses. The kids growing here is raised with honesty and comfort and they don’t know how to survive in India. If parents die, there is nothing in India and by that time we will not be close to our relatives because of our infrequent trips. It is not about the money but nothing is in India to welcome them back.

US is best place to live. Government giving more benefits to tax paying people, school free and people who don't have health insurance medical treatment free. That's reason Indians are not ready to come back to India. When this changes going to happen in India don't know.

I have taken private insurance on top of the insurance i get from employer sponsor plan ( which is deduction from my salary ) total insurance for me : Employer sponsor deduction from salary is 150$ + private insurance 700$ total 850$ which is 25% of my salary I pay for insurance. And employer sponsor will not cover everything ! Therinja mari pesadheenga ! I was suspected for colon cancer iruka illaya nu therinjika scan eduka appointment vanga I had to wait for 45 days . Nalla vela enaku illa in scan they confirmed it was Crohn’s but unmaiya cancer irundha andha 30 days avanga evlo kastapaduvanga mentally physically! Us la medical is pain process and they go based on evidence based and not on patient experience . Without insurance you will have to sell everything you have and be on streets. I am tax payer for last 10 years in USA . India is best in my terms of medical from my perspective

Being in US having a longing to go back to India people will keep on blaming and still living in US. Once they feel they are not comfortable in US lifestyle no body stops to wind .
